The cafeteria as a fast lunch option and the little shop inside for quick shopping needs. The breakfast was wonderful.
The pipes in the room were noisy throughout the night and kept waking me up with loud, groaning sounds. The pillows were too thin. I had to use all 4 and they were still too thin for me to feel comfortable. I hung the "Do not Disturb" sign on my door and cleaning staff still came in while I was working. The restaurant doesn't play music in the evenings which creates a lack of atmosphere, especially when, on the evening I was there, there were only 5 diners.

Comfortable, and clean. It has everything needed for a great stay in Lisbon.
The swimming pool was very good and they were very accommodating to my baby.
All good. The facilities are not the newest, but everything works perfectly, very cleaning well maintained.

The location, convenience of parking and a very comfortable bad.
The shower and the bathroom could be improved and modernized. Using curtains in the shower is not convenient.

Good location, very clean, good staff
it's noticeable that it's old and needs renovation, but nothing too bothersome, helpful staff always willing to help, the ceiling of the bathroom in the room was moving and made noise every time we opened or closed the door, otherwise everything was good

staffs were kind , location was good close to metro station , Breakfast was good providing fresh fruits but without much variety , having pool was a plus point
Room 1205 was in train station side which was noisy , fridge was not working at check-in time which was replaced later on , the bath needs some plumbing maintenance , sink not drained properly
Pool was not the same as its photos and not matched with my expectation .
