Venue great for sporting Lisbon. Also tight next to train/Metro. Pool great, bar great, staff great.
First room was next to the lift, so noisy all night. Second room opposite side of the building and next to the train station, trains running all the time. Noisy.

Staff. Some nice some real serious no smile no good morning. Too noisy cleaning tables after breakfast. Like they wanted us to leave.
The breakfast was basic. No quality on the eggs. Coffee no good. Bathroom old. Rest of the room ok

The high price did not include any meals — not even breakfast.
The hotel is not located in the city center, and major attractions — such as the Belém Tower — are quite far from the property.
When booking the room, there was no information available about which floor the room would be on or what direction it would face. I was assigned an Executive room on the top floor, where the noise from the elevator motors was clearly audible, especially at night. Since the elevators were in constant use, the sound was very disturbing and made it difficult to sleep. For the high price, I would have expected at least a quiet room.
Additionally, I was unable to activate the heating function on the climate control panel.
