Good location, close to the airport and most of the tourist attractions. Great public transport system with metro close by.
Bar service was poor at times in the evening.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. I was granted late check-out by 30 minutes.
By no means is this hotel “VIP”. My room was located on a floor with a group of school children who were visiting from Italy. If there are going to be >20 Italian children staying in the hotel, why would you ever put other guests on the same floor as them? It was like a playground and the hotel staff did nothing to stop the running and slamming of doors.
I also did not find the hotel staff very friendly or accommodating.
While the hotel is in a very safe and clean area, with lots of restaurants nearby, it is very far from the centre.

The room was pretty good size wise and layout. I really liked the long open balcony and the views. It was nice clean and tidy. First impressions walking into the hotel and room were good and pleasant. I did not notice any noise from other guests in the hallways to the rooms.
1) The lovely big open balcony was completely empty. There was no table or chairs to enjoy it? 2) Both air-cons needed maintenance as they were incredibly loud, and equally important were not effective in terms of cooling the rooms despite having it on the coldest setting and correct dial function. 3) Trying to use the shower was frustrating. It pressure was very low and it was little more than a dribble. 4) At checkin I was not informed how to access the wi-fi, nor was I directed to where the elevators were or what floor I was on. Overall it was disappointing especially for what I paid and not worth the price. I do believe these are quick easy fixes.

As usual, the location, near to Entrecampos station
I was offered a suite, for the same price as my room booking, because 'the hotel was full and this was an offer to regular guests'. I appreciated this gesture - but did NOT LIKE the suite. For one person on a short stay, a room is much more convenient, with everything necessary close together. For example the only table for general items - books, papers etc - was in the 'sitting room', and there was no 'dressing table' for personal items. The sitting room had no pictures or any sort of decoration to make it an attractive place if one wanted to spend time in it.

Room was cleaned reguarly.
Quiet hotel during unsociable hours.
No Iron or Iron Board available to customers. Unless you pay for the service.
Lifts are slow and small.
