housekeeping left the rubbish and broken glass bottles for 3 days in a row, looks like it's understaffed and the staff seems undertrained. it took me almost 40 minutes to get my drinks at the pool bar, the order was simple but they seemed to not even know the price to charge and the order was wrong. the ac doesn't cool down the room. it's hard to reach the front desk from your phone in the room.

The room did not have tea or coffee-making facilities.
The breakfast had very limited vegetarian options, and the staff were very rude and unhelpful.
If you are a vegetarian, I would advise you not to pay for breakfast, as it is not worth it.

The room size is right for two people and the room was clean when we arrived. It has a somewhat old style but everything worked as expected. Location is amazing and the pool is a great plus during Summer time.
Staff could be nicer. I don't remember seeing a smile during our 5-day stay. Breakfast is mediocre at best, with very limited options. The scrambled eggs were simply uneatable due to the lack of salt, spongy texture, and lack of taste. Go have breakfast somewhere else.
