The food in your restaurant and the staff was rude, most morning we just wanted a coffee and there was only one staff at the self serve and long line ups

I left my ID but had no warning from the hotel for a few days. Only when I notice they confirmed. One could expect more from the staff.

The breakfast and dinner was delicious and beautifully presented. The food was always delicious!
Most staff were friendly, polite, and professional. However, there was one staff member who was impolite, curt, and demeaning. It affected my impression negatively of my entire stay.

Comfortable, and clean. It has everything needed for a great stay in Lisbon. The swimming pool was very good and they were very accommodating to my baby.
All good. The facilities are not the newest, but everything works perfectly, very cleaning well maintained.

The location, convenience of parking and a very comfortable bad.
The shower and the bathroom could be improved and modernized. Using curtains in the shower is not convenient.

This hotel was really cute and comfortable. It was fairly close to the main tourist areas of Lisbon, taking about 20 minutes to get to there on public transit. Very close to a train station and public transit. It was also fairly close to the airport.
Because it was so close to the airport you could constantly hear planes. The shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. It had pink mildew and other stains and dirt from previous guests which was gross.

The breakfast was very bad. The cheapest versions of everything, super basic. Bread, eggs, some melon and oranges, little packets of yoghurt. I grabbed some scrambled eggs, thinking that would fill me up but they were inedible.
