Good location for a station and some restaurants but a long walk to main areas.

Cleanliness, beds and room are comfortable. Nice location, by the metro and "comboio" station and supermarket as well. Good restaurants and bars near by too.
Staff are not so helpfull nor polite.

Location and AC
The hotel price alone was absolute steep, despite the old and small room. The only clean thing in the room was the bed linen. Unfortunately, the bathroom was completely unhygienic. The towels should have been replaced years ago, they were torn and stained when we received them. The shower holder was also broken. I regret not taking photos to document these issues. Based on the condition of the room and the overall quality provided, I believe this hotel should be charging less than €40 per night. Very disappointing experience.

The staff, especially catering staff were friendly and helpful
The disabled access is very poor. The front entrance has a small step and heavy doors to pull ourwardann
The lifts are very small. The door would not close because my rucksack on the back
Of my wheelchair obstructed it.
The only adaptation to the “handicapped room” was a seat in a shower cubicle, and grab rails for the toilet. It would be improved by wider doors and more floor space for turning.
The desk chair was probably the cheapest plastic chair from IKEA.
