Very Good
The location was great . It was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly, professional. The restaurant is very nice both staff and breakfast and menu.
The facilities in the room like tea and coffee was never replenished. The bathroom exhaust didn't work most days. Even a small hotel would give a bottle of water every day but not here. Only the day we checked in we were given a bottle if water. Very bad in that sense.
Also lighting is very dim

Great location - easy to get into the centre with a few metro stations nearby (uber cheap too)
Staff were friendly, room was big and facilities were perfect!
We had a fab stay and would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Lisbon.
My only small negative would be some marks on the curtains

Location is great, but the staff are amazing! Had a small issue with the coffee, but it was resolved quickly and the staff made a point to remind us, “anything you need, you let us know!”

Very Good
Nice hotel in good location within walking distance to tourist attractions. Extremely clean room and well presented. Good value for money.
I was on first floor and you could hear traffic outside - windows dont block out enough noise. Slept fairly well but found pillows a bit uncomfortable.
