Exceptional
Literally we like everything, there was nothing we didn’t-room was spacious , no problems with shower or hot water, location is great too, so many restaurants around , supermarket at the same building , metro 2 mins on foot , breakfast was good too and we tried their restaurant in the evening, was really tasty too.

The lobby and recaption is nice, the staff is really nice.
Breakfast is ok, not bad comparing to breakfasts in Portugal.
The room felt clean.
The main issue was the complete lack of a view. The windows faced a low roof area and were covered with ugly rose-patterned wallpaper. I couldn't even open the curtains to take a photo because it looked so bad. Additionally, opening the windows resulted in loud machine noise. I had to sleep with the air conditioning on to avoid the heat, but breathing cold air all night made me feel unwell in the morning. I felt like I was given a lower-quality room because I only stayed for one night. It definitely didn't feel like a 4-star hotel room.

Location and helpful staff, good food menu.
Outside of season and a bit expensive. Breakfast extremely expensive. We ate outside as you can find good food for cheap.

Location close in the middle of Airport and Historic City Center(easy to walk) and between two nearby Metro Stations.
Staff were the best at all divisions
Room:( seperated by a wall (bedroom and small L shaped entrance) with a small wardrobe-almost no drawers and shelves) made it hard to settle down for a week long stay.
