It’s our 3rd time in this hotel. Location is great, close to the metro and easy for taxi and uber pickup and drop off. The staff is SUPER friendly and always kind, attention to detail (cake and welcome wine), rooms are comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Cleaning staff is friendly and also very effective and respectful.

Front desk and reception was great, restaurant was great. This is the second time at this property and we will come back!
My only issue was the provisioning of the room was not always consistent, the coffee pods I had to get from the desk and wash cloths.

Pleasant
decent breakfast, good location and newly renovated. The rooms are spacious and the bed quite comfortable
the rooms are very poorly insulated and therefore very noisy. The price is expensive for the services offered

The property was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The garden was beautiful, and we enjoyed relaxing outdoors. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

Very close to a metro station, can get to the city centre easily in 7 minutes.
A lot of cool breakfast places around, even on the same block.
Perfume in the corridors is a bit much, shower ventilation is poor.

Being in the center of the city with good attractions and markets and malls around
Not many amenities in the room for "hygienic purposes", unless you explicitly ask for it. And even when you do, they won't get it to you.
Also housekeeping almost didn't came to our room and when we went to reception they told us because we had that don't disturb sign on even though we didn't. But eventually they did it anyway

Staff were excellent. Easy walking to metro stations. Room was large and comfortable. Nice rooftop bar to lounge in.
More hangers and drawers would have made it perfect.

The property was in a good location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice and had good variety.
One of the staff (an old lady from the looks) at the reception was a bit rude hence 9 rating and not 10. However the other staffs at the reception and the dining area were very accommodating and polite.

Comfortable beds, very clean room, towels changed every day, friendly personnel,quiet location, near several metro stations. Recommended!
