The staffs are very friendly helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay the location is very close to the center. The Hotel is very clean, quiet and the bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and we will surely book it again on our next trip to Lisbon.

Reception staff at check in were not obliging with the confusion with the number of guests and rooms booked
Wake up call booked and not received
Whilst the staff in the restaurant were obliging they needed more training in the food and drinks

The hotel has two metro stops quite close by (Parque and Picoas) which made the location quite convenient for us. The room was modern and clean. We were greeted with some complementary pastel de natas and bottled water which were waiting for us in the room which was a nice welcome after our flight. The staff were all helpful and kind. The breakfast was nice however options were a bit limited!
The lifts were quite slow and sometimes when there are a lot of people waiting to go to their rooms it may take a while to get to where you want to go. The breakfast can use some variety. The other thing was that the shower drain started to clog after 2 days. Also, it would have been great if the hotel had a gym.

The room was big and the staff members were very nice.
Huge bed.
The maids didn't refill coffee capsules. For another room of people in our group they didn't put a new water bottle.
We felt like the breakfast was too expensive for what we got, and every day was pretty much the same thing.
The bath was kind of tall, so it may be more challenging for some people to go into. Other people we were travelling with got a different room with a bath that was easier to access.

Location and staff were excellent.
Bathroom is ridiculously dark and could be improved. Also, we were not sure why one needs a down duvet for the Nordic regions during the summer in Lisbon.

Superb location, close to metro stations, large park plus El Corte Ingles nearby. Helpful staff, quiet room with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast in restaurant with additional outdoor seating area.
