We worked with an amazing travel planner named Sadie who was given us a wonderful range of great places to stay and great experiences.
This hotel was just one example of her great recommendations.
I loved the design and decor of the hotel. The rooms were absolutely perfect. They were spacious and the decor was aesthetically very pleasing.
Everything was in perfect shape and the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a very large tub.
I should also add that David at the front desk was extremely helpful and we used his advice many times. All the other staff members were super nice and helpful as well.

The staff at reception hardly smile and in particular the female staff don’t treat the guests professionally.

Location is amazing and hotel is very charming. The front desk staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean and the hotel is quiet.
There is nothing we did not like. We have stayed there before and will return the next time we are in Lisbon.

Everything was fantastic. Clean, well cared for hotel. Staff friendly and helpful wishing to accommodate in whatever way they could. The breakfast offering was tremendous. We liked it so much we rebooked for two nights upon our return from our time in the Algarve, as we are flying out of Lisbon. No complaints just commendations!

The staff were amazing. Everything was clean & the breakfast very good. Comfortable beds.
The location was further out from the more touristy area of Lisbon. We ended up taking transit or ubering at night. The price was standard/average.

Room very clean , location good
Room a little toward the small size. Would be nice to have another piece of furniture as there is empty spot in the room that will accommodate another chair or bench. Rug is fall hazard, I tripped twice.
