Great location, away from crowds but very close to the Eduardo VII park with its great views and green space, good local restaurants, metro stations, and even the train line to Sintra. A safe, upmarket district about 4 km from the central waterfront and it's over-tourism - the best kind of area to stay in during a city break. Large comfortable, clean room with very responsive air con. Good but not outstanding breakfast buffet.
Only that the bath refused to retain water.
