This was a much nicer hotel than I expected. A little away from the tourist areas but safe, easy walking and really not far if you like to walk. We were about a 30-40 minute walk to the water. The room or suite we had was perfect, large living area, nice separate bedroom with two separate beds (nice change from most places where there is no real separation and as friends traveling together we wanted our own beds), nice bathroom and strong shower. The breakfast buffet was huge with most everything you could want. Staff gave us a nearby good (seafood) recommendation for dinner. Easy checkout and a 30 minute (with traffic) BOLT ride to the airport. Never saw the gym because we were only there one night. All in all a hotel I would return to if I ever go back to Lisbon.
Not much. Would like to have eggs made to order but that's about it.

It was my first visit Portugal and I found the staff cold, unwelcoming. I’m from Canada and was travelling alone.

The best hotel we gave stayed in. In Lisbon at a great price point.
Huge rooms. Super clean and comfortable. Kitchenette as well! Great to have a coffee available in room for first thing. Thank you.
Nice 30 minute walk to historic Baixa area of Lisbon.
Actually had underground paid parking too. 12 euros for 24hours. Other hotels say they have it and it's full and not available.
Breakfast was 18 euros! Would have had it if 12. We wouldn't eat that much in the morning. We went to A Carola cafe instead, 2min walk down road.

Room was great spacious, clean, no infestations. It was an apartment style suite with a big living room kitchen and enclosed bedroom so perfect for family of 4.
Gonçalo and his colleagues working the front desk around 6/7 pm 27th December watched my 80 year old grandmother struggle to lift our suitcases up the wet steps in the rain. When I got inside I asked if he couldn’t see us lifting the cases and maybe offer some help, he said he did not see (the lobby desk where him and his colleagues were standing was facing the glass door through which I could clearly see from the inside myself).

The hotel’s location is relatively good. However, the entrance is elevated and not convenient, especially for pregnant women, elderly guests, or families with strollers.
This is a long story, but in short, the receptionist who was on duty when we arrived gave us a very strange and unpleasant look the moment we entered, almost as if she was disgusted. At first, I even thought she was reacting to something happening behind us. Her face was gloomy, her tone was harsh, and the welcome was extremely poor — it made me feel as if I were a refugee or a criminal rather than a paying guest.
On the morning of checkout, I told my wife that if the same blonde receptionist was there, the checkout experience would likely be unpleasant as well. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened. Checkout time was 12:00 pm, and around 12:20–12:30 pm I called the front desk to ask for assistance with our luggage. The response was: “Checkout is at 12:00. There is no one to help you.”
This raises a serious question: if five guests were to call at exactly 12:00 pm, who would assist them in that case?
When we went downstairs, it was indeed the same blonde receptionist at the desk. Until now, I do not know why she behaved this way. I have only one assumption: that her attitude was driven by racial or religious prejudice, as I am different from her in both.

Wonderful
Very nice staff, good rooms, good facilities. Really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of variety! Very helpful front desk staff. Close to center, right near park.
Parking is on minus 3, very narrow way to get there (but places are good). Street is somewhat noisy even on top floors, Windows don't fully soundproof. Only minor complaints, the rest was good!
