The hotel was a great selection as the staff was super friendly and helpful. Also the location was great and had lots of restaurants and a grocery shop nearby. The bus station was right in front of the hotel.
We loved the breakfast at the hotel.

It's a good hotel in a pretty quiet area, but you can reach the city centre in just a few minutes by car or bus. You can also walk around the area to the local markets. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. There were large wardrobes, a spacious bathroom, plenty of seating, and a vanity table, so we could all get ready at the same time without getting in each other's way.
Upon arrival, we checked in, received our room key cards, and everything went smoothly. You can also park your car in the underground garage.
We didn't eat or drink at the restaurant or bar, so we can't comment on that, but there's a restaurant across the street that we really enjoyed.
Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the swimming pool at all during our stay because it was closed for maintenance. We only found out on our second day when we asked for some towels to use at the pool. We were told the maintenance would take one or two days, but it ended up lasting for our entire stay.
This was very disappointing because one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the rooftop swimming pool, where we had planned to relax at the end of each day. I feel that we paid for an amenity we were unable to use, and we weren't offered any compensation for the inconvenience.
But no complaints about the room or cleanliness.

Pool wasn't operational for the week before we were there AND 90% of our stay. No communication about this. This was a critical reason for booking this hotel.

The rooms are really spacious and modern with a separate bedroom and separate lounge / dining area. We were 3 adults so used the sofa bed in the lounge and was great to have a bit more floor space rather than squeezing us all in one room.
In-room fridge and plates/glasses handy for breakfast and cooling wine!
The pool on the roof was welcome after a day out. It’s not huge but big enough for a quick cool off.
We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel or use the bar so can’t comment.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
We love walking so didn’t mind that the hotel is a little away from the super touristy areas. It meant we explored some beautiful side streets and found some hidden gems.
Slightly amused that only “half” the sofa bed was set up as a bed….but a minor comment on an otherwise great stay.

We got a lot of room space for what we paid for. It eas very clean, neat and modern. Very good breakfast.

Reasonable location,on a hill. About 5 mins from the designer shops,a further 10 mins to the bars,restaurants and more shops
Room was lovely,clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent,pastries fruit and continental style. The eggs,sausage,bacon and beans etc were not in hot plates. So they just got cold quickly
