Very calm and quiet, yet in a very good location close to everything. This is a classic hotel with all the facilities you would expect. I especially liked the large, spacious areas throughout the hotel — the room, the corridors, and the dining area all feel very open and comfortable. The staff is excellent as well. A very pleasant stay overall.

Unfortunately, not very much. All in all, everyone was decent but I would not stay here again. I travel a lot for work and I was hoping this hotel would have been a nice hotel in which to enjoy Lisbon.
No coffee in the rooms and when I went down to get coffee in the morning because I wake up early for meetings, I was yelled at by the staff for getting coffee from the coffee machine. Staff were moderately helpful. Rooms were ok but nothing special. Location is a long way from downtown and there is not very much near this hotel.
