Mixed up in hotel reservation number, hotel assigned my reservation number to other guest. Fortunate, I have my booking record. It still took more than half an hour for the hotel to realize and correct their mistake.

Not welcomed, room.was with two twinsized beds, even resetvation clearly showed i booked double king-sized bed. Stuff is not helpful at all! Furniture from 80's. Only one power plug, this hotel is not to be used. Booking should remove it from site.

The rooftop pool was great for a quick refresh in the afternoon and the bar service made it a nice place to relax and soak in the views.
The staff were very attentive and the morning breakfast was a great value with a large selection of food.
The location was perfect. Mere steps away from the metro and major bus lines and easy walking distance to Alfama, Alto Bario, Chiado areas made this a great choice.
The room and furnishings were a little dated/tired. The carpet was a bit industrial- not at all plush- and the closet doors had seen better days. Likewise, the stairwell was a bit dark and worse for wear.
That said, the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The linens were very nice and the daily housekeeping service was very good.

Absolutely fantastic location with hidden gem of a rooftop pool and bar!!
Some kitchen equipment wouldve been helpful (washing up liquid?!) I took coffee and a mug based on another review!

It was right in the middle of all the action, so perfect location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's not in any way what you'd call 'fancy'.. but it was retro and cool with a more relaxed vibe, nothing pretentious. We'd definitely stay again!!

The location was easily the best thing. Rooftop pool was fab with a great view.
Rooms were functional and clean.
Breakfast was in a room too small for purpose. Regular queue to get a table taking up to 15-20 mins queuing in small enclosed corridor. Also constantly running out of things. Poor staff run off their feet trying to turn tables around and keep levels of cutlery, tea, glasses etc up.
Nicer furniture on rooftop would elevate the area from nice to have to amazing location to sit and have a drink. Was functional rather than outstanding.

The location was very good. AC worked well as well. Bed was also very comfortable. The actual room was also better than how it looks from the pictures. So it was good.
The room had a kitchen and was supposed to be cleaned by the room cleaning service, and they dont provide a dishwasher tab or cleaning detergent for that reason. However, we put used dishes into the dishwasher but were not cleaned by room cleaning service. Also, facilities are generally very old, especially the sink in the bathroom, which was leaking all the time. There is room for improvement.

Location was brilliant for our needs. Bus from airport stops right outside and it was near to many of the places we needed to go to. Rooftop terrace was very nice. Room was spacious with a hallway and small kitchen area.
The hotel decor is starting to look tired. The breakfast arrangements are a complete joke. Long queues for the small crowded breakfast room. Breakfast was mediocre and poor value. We prepaid for 4 breakfasts and only went down to 2. There isnt a restaurant although there is no shortage of places to eat locally.
