Central location was great, excellent value for being so close to the middle of everything. Stately, historic building. Bar on the roof had friendly staff and an excellent view. Reception was pleasant and all staff was fluent in English. We even received robes and slippers to make us feel like real VIPs!
Nothing, really. Everything was wonderful, the only minor detail would be that the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need with the exception of a wine corkscrew.

Location was great, close to everything. Staff was was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. We were able to see the new year fireworks from the top roof of the hotel.

Location is AMAZING! Metro right there, taxi's near by and walking is easy to get to different parts of the city.
Breakfast was good. Lots of choices and convenient.
The rooftop bar area was nice. I'm sure in the summer months it's even better. We had sun and sat out with snacks and drinks.
The bed was pretty firm, but standard in Europe.

The room was too hot and smelled very bad (sewage smell). Something was very wrong, because all the floor was full of moisture and stench..

Exceptional location, very nice staff, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST BUFFET, I never see before so many variety selection in any hotel buffet. Clean rooms and very comfortable mattress.
The deteriorated dwelling that didn’t match with a 4 Stars Hotel.
Very Old and several spots in carpets, bathrooms with floors full of deteriorated tiles.
Loosen bidet and cheap work around bathtub.
