Disappointing
Everyone at the reception was really kind and helpful
Our rooms were on the first floor directly at the train tracks and it was really loud. I mean the train stops from like 01:00 to 05:00 but during train times you really hear it. It would be great to have this information when selecting the room in booking that your room is directly on top of the tracks. The room windows were also extremely dirty looking to a very ugly balcony

Stayed here a few times. The hotel is clean, comfortable and great amenities. Good breakfast, knowledgeable staff, efficient check-in/out, the guy who runs the night time bar is awesome.
Very few accessible plug sockets and no USB ports, which I find a little out dated.

Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. We were 2 people staying for the night, which cost very expensive room.
Reception booked us but were very rude and got our details incorrect, so our room had to be replaced to have a double bed.
So we finally got a double bed room facing the rear train tracks. Then the room was missing bottles of water and had no kettles.
No parking, no gym, food was terrible, and the team are very crude and boring.
Never coming back.

Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom.
Not far from Oriente station , and close to riverfront facilities. Our room faced the train line but it was quiet after the last night train.

Everything was as expected for the price. I loved being in the area for a conference, there are enough shops and restaurants. But for a proper visit of Lisbon I wouldn't have stayed here, even though mertro works well and Uber is cheap.
I have stayed 5 nights and towels were replaced 5 times, this is shockingly un-sustainable.

The room was exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable... I had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Waiting for lifts. Queueing for breakfast.

Its clean. Beto l very close to FIL, staff are very helpful. Car Park was dark but perfectly under the hotel.
The hot water of the shower was not stable. There was not free water for the next day.

Super clean, the room was spotless! Very nice stay!
Restaurant, I asked reception until what time I could order food, they said 10pm. We got to restaurant at 9pm and were told no food but we could try to order. Plenty of empty tables and we still had to wait around 20 minutes to be sitted. Then we waited over 30 minutes to place our order and another 30 minutes to get my soup cold! Sent back and the main course was cold and overcooked as anything would take half an hour to arrive! Disappointed with the restaurant, we did not want to try breakfast there.
