The Hotel is conveniently located. Easier to reach from Lisbon airport, Lisboa Oriente Railway station, Flix bus station as well as very close to Vasco Da Gama mall and various restaurants. Is very quiet place and offers a wonderful view of the waterfront. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is nice.
Nothing in particular. Tea/Coffee maker is not a standard facility for them but they provide on request at free of cost.

Spacey rooms, very friendly personnel.
A renovation in rooms furniture and design would make it far more modern.
Also since it’s and art hotel, art shouldn’t be only reached through its lobby. - maybe art should exist in the rooms or each floor’s public spaces.
