The staff was really friedly.
Good neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants in the surroundings.
I stood in room number 511 and unfortunately this side of the building is facing the train line. So the noise of the trains is audible and it was hard to have a good night of sleep.
Honestly for a 4* hotel I was with higher expectations.

Hotel is nice to look at and very conveniently situated
Hotel rooms are nothing to write home about. Additionally for most of one day we've had no running water (hotel didn't even notify the guests) causing serious dent in our plans.

Super friendly and helpful staff, easy check in, located near Oriente train station , shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Breakfast buffet offered many good options definitely will stay here again.
