The breakfast is great, with lots of foods to select and the dining room service staff are pros! The location is good, near Parque Das Nações, Oriente station, shopping and the airport.

The blackout of the room had some issues, the curtains would slip off the rail.

Great location near the Meo Arena. Spacious and clean room with all the mentioned facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.

The checking in at reception was cold and lacked any helpful advice re parking and the room . It bordered on rudeness.
Air conditioning in the room did not work, it was an uncomfortable night. The shower screen leaked water all over the bathroom floor and the wash hand basin drained extremely slowly.
No management on duty until 10:30h in the morning.
