Exceptional
Only stayed for one night. The staff was very generous and kind, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bed was quite comfy too.
Location fantastic given our purpose (concert in Meo Arena)
Close enough to the bus station
And easy to uber or take the metro into downtown Lisbon
The only thing I liked less, was the elevator system. There were 3 if I’m not mistaken, and it took forever for one to arrive, like more than 3min or even 5min
After the concert, given that there were a lot of people staying at the same hotel, it was impossible to get an elevator, so we decided to take the stairs 12 levels up, but otherwise we would have had to wait more than 1h probably

Staff was helpful
Breakfast was cold and slow to resupply.Elevator wasn’t operating so we had to wait with a crowd to go upstairs to our room.

The hotel is very well located and the price for the quality that you have is great.
Breakfast is not so diverse, for people with intolerante to glúten and no options of plant base drink.

We spent one night in Lisbon before flying from Lisbon airport. The hotel is only 15 mins taxi ride to airport. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Close to Vasco da Gama shopping mall, Oriente station and Altice Arena for concerts.
It took us a while to find the parking - the entrance is in street behind hotel

The location was great.
Only a coffee machine in the room and 2 coffee pods ( no milk and not topped up on the second day)
No tea making facility, although there was a notice that read…if you want a kettle ask at reception.
