The room was really spacious, and the bathroom was just as large, making the whole experience much more comfortable. This layout felt especially convenient for families/friends, providing everyone with plenty of space.
The room facilities are a bit dated and the bath isn’t modern, but it’s fine if you’re on a business trip or just need a quick stay. For couples looking for a romantic or modern experience, it might not be the best fit.

A lovely, modern hotel that has great appointments and aesthetics. Excellent value given how fashionable and comfortable. The staff are personable and go the extra mile for you.

Very clean and room was comfortable. Once we knew where the parking was it was good. Toiletries in room were lovely especially the small soaps :)
No where to park in front upon arrival and had to ask staff to find the hotel parking. Coffee/tea in room would have been nice.

The location was very good close to public transport, Great breakfast and the hotel is very classy. We only stayed for the one night prior to flying back to the UK - the Hotel is in a great area with loads of bars cafes and eateries within easy reach.

The location was amazing and close to many restaurants and shops. It was less hilly than other parts of the city, which made walking convenient. I liked the art theme and paintings in the lobby.

Hotel is nice to look at and very conveniently situated
Hotel rooms are nothing to write home about. Additionally for most of one day we've had no running water (hotel didn't even notify the guests) causing serious dent in our plans.

Super friendly and helpful staff, easy check in, located near Oriente train station , shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Breakfast buffet offered many good options definitely will stay here again.

Many rooms overlook the railway. I can say that the hotel is located on it. The trains don't run for only a few hours at night.

Good location where I needed to be. Decent room.
The reception received a package for me without hesitation, which was nice.
Looks like they are using a 1980s system for check-in. Long waiting time for check-in and check-out even though there was no queue.
I had an avocado sandwich for room service and it was uneatable.

Location next to the expo center.
No gym, no irons, no water in the rooms. Cleaning services are poor, even if you asked and drew attention. Poor breakfast with slow service
