The room as a good size, the bed was comfortable and the climate controls were simple to use (which is a nice change). The best part of my stay as dinner in the restaurant - the food was delicious and the staff very attentive. Breakfast was also good, with a broad selection of hot and cold dishes
It's a hotel and conference centre, so it felt a little deserted without an event going on. It needed a few more elevators given the size of the property.

The hotel is in a really great location, within walking distance of the metro and also close to the shopping mall. Apart from that, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were lovely.
I would especially like to mention Miguel at the reception. He was always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I truly appreciate all his help and would like to thank him for everything.

Good location, quite comfortable private parking (10€ night), clean rooms and good breakfasts.
Although the hotel is location really close to railways, it was not so noisy.
Hotel is at Expo area. Wide choice of restaurants and bars near the hotel.
The building/facility is slightly old.
10+ floors, 3 elevators (one of three was out of service), so you needed to wait for some time to go downstairs.

Nice room and comfy bed. It was a nice view from the hall from the 11th floor. Good for one night to catch a plane next morning.
It gets loud when the train is going by so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Could have been nice to have a kettle in the room cause there are people who don't drink coffee.
Elevators are too slow and it would have been nicer view from our 11th floor if there would not be wire mesh on the windows.

Check-In / Out was easy and fast. The staff was friendly. The room was comfy and in overall good shape. I used it for an overnight from a late train (Oriente) to the airport for an early morning flight. For this it is great. I have been in the hotel a couple of times before.
AND they offer you a bottle of water and a Delta coffee pod - really nice for thirsty travelers who have to get up before breakfast.
The concept of standing in a bath tub to take a shower is basically questionable - and at times a bath tub is just wonderful to have. So when I take a shower I don't like it, when I take a bath I love it.
The air condition was quite loud.

We spent one night in Lisbon before flying from Lisbon airport. The hotel is only 15 mins taxi ride to airport. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Close to Vasco da Gama shopping mall, Oriente station and Altice Arena for concerts.
It took us a while to find the parking - the entrance is in street behind hotel
