Location and spacious rooms
The receptionist who did the check-in could have been more welcoming and gave some basic information for example ( WiFi password, if there was a spa, or of there was a restaurant on the property)

Needs to upgrade to installing showers only. Having older bathtubs is passé. Upgrade of them.

Clean and modern hotel with luxurious rooms and a great lobby, breakfast and bar. The location suited us well and is easy to reach too
Upon check in we had a bit of trouble with the crew trying to explain to them that we booked for a group of colleagues that will arrive and check in separately. But eventually their manager was called in and fixed it.

Comfort, cleanliness and location.
Not having a coffee maker in the room, a kettle with tea or coffee option or coffee in the lobby was quite disappointing.
The limited number of available electric outlets and the lack of USB ports is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Great location for MEO arena concert. Good value in comparison to similar in the area. Comfortable bed and happy with the room
Slightly worn in bathroom. Parked on the street behind using parking meters (€2) as €10 for hotel garage seemed excessive
