Lovely hotel, location was perfect for my needs.
Maybe a bit of a stretch to consider it good value for the money, especially just for an overnight visit.

The room was clean and in good condition. Mini bar was reasonable price. Bed was as comfortable as could be.
I booked a queen bed room which was confirmed I had at the desk but the room had 2 single beds, I'm 6 ft+ and 265 lbs, thanks. Room AC didn't work well, I would have been better if opening the window. Shower door let water out all over the floor when you shower.

The location
The bed quality was terrific not comfortable, noisy because the room was in railway side so whenever the train pass you have the best song ever that you don’t like to hear

Nice room, good breakfast, very convenient for visiting the conference venue , FIL.
Far from the city center so great if you visit FIL, but not for tourism.

The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The breakfast was decent. The location in Parque das Nações is good, but there are many better hotels in this area.
The hotel doesn't live up to its "VIP," "Executive," or "Art" labels — the interior is basic, boring, and feels dated. The reception staff was slow and moody during check-in. Despite the hotel appearing half-empty, we were given a room on the 2nd floor (out of 14) facing the railway. The soundproofing is poor, so it was noisy. For this high price, I expected much more. I wouldn't recommend it; there are far better options nearby.

Good value, standard hotel, very clean.
Bathroom extractor fan didnt work, so both bathroom and bedroom filled with steam and it became claggy.
