I've been staying at this hotel almost every time I went to Lisbon for the past three years. It's comfy, silent, has great breakfasts, and moderately modern but perfectly clean rooms. It's about 10 mins walking distance from the Oriente train/bus/metro station with a large variety of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. It's only 3 stations away from the airport, 15 mins away from the MEO arena, and 5-10 EUR away from the city center by uber.
This stay my minibar was empty and I was told they no longer provide mini bar services. Please bring back the minibar, it was extremely convenient to have something to snack on after returning late from a long day or a night event.

Disappointing
Location was great, room was disappointing- toilet flush was broken, there was a couple of l cracks in the glass door and it was broken (handyman confirmed this) after being out all day and returning to the room to rest later afternoon 4.30pm, the room hadn't been cleaned and when we brought this to the housekeepers attention she asked us to leave the room. It is not acceptable or reasonable for this to happen when we have been out since early morning. Reception staff said they would note down our concerns, but todate have not heard anything from the hotel or yourselves.

Very spacious and comfortable room, great bathroom and the best buffet breakfast I’ve experienced in Portugal. Very helpful staff.
Room 619 a bit ordinary, with the large concrete structure in the room obscuring the window.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed. The area was quiet and conveniently located near the airport.
After booking, I messaged the hotel several times but received no response for over a week—not until I arrived. There was also no one available to help carry my luggage to the room, so I had to do it myself. On the second day, I requested a bottle of water, but no one was able to assist me.
The most concerning issue was receiving a suspicious payment link through WhatsApp that appeared to come from Booking.com. When I asked the hotel about it, they said the same thing had happened to several other customers. This made me seriously concerned that my personal information may have been exposed through the hotel’s front-desk system or database.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication, poor service, not working wifi, and concerns about the security of my personal information.
