The cold breakfast buffet was nice.
The hot breakfast was cold every day. The evening meal was cold, when microwaved the meat was tough.

Location
The bathtub is dangerous, there is nothing to hold on if you slip. The towel rack needs a giant to reach it, the bed mattress is old and not comfortable. Very disappointing in a significant hotel like yours.

From my check in by the young male looking like Rami Malek (actor) I felt cared for. Professional, personal and polite. And had humour the wry way I enjoy. Didn’t get his name due to being tired after flying. …nick/Humpernick ??? He placed me in a room with a view of the river. Lovely - though the huge windows were really dirty which I in no way blame him for. The free water bottle. The well thought small notes of information. The painting/Art. I believe it is illustrator Charlie Mackesy, a British artist and author famous for the children book "The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse." Cosy and soft to touch velvet cushions in strong colours with abstract pattern behind the sleeping cushions. A room with a bath tub. Superb planning. Bottles of bath/shampoo, hair conditioner, soap and even body lotion. Two small local soaps. Extremely clean and fresh. Indoor after the bath slippers. Magnifying mirror. Great as I am myopic. A bidet. Environment conscious. The Portuguese brand on the products.
The WiFi got disconnected now and then and hard to find/connect to. (The windows not cleaned.) No stationary. I am old fashioned. Love to send letters by ordinary post mail. Only three pages on a little note pad. Where former guest/s pressed the former papers text so hard it made a pattern on the empty pages afterwards. Something most hotels ought to keep in mind or make a deal with a company: small toothpaste tubes or in a container. Due to flying you can’t bring your tooth paste from home and to buy one in every new place, needing to leave it behind is not environmentally sane.

Extremely difficult to have good temperature in our room 1102 !! After many calls to the reception...we had a separate heater !! that worked well !!

The Hotel is conveniently located. Easier to reach from Lisbon airport, Lisboa Oriente Railway station, Flix bus station as well as very close to Vasco Da Gama mall and various restaurants. Is very quiet place and offers a wonderful view of the waterfront. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is nice.
Nothing in particular. Tea/Coffee maker is not a standard facility for them but they provide on request at free of cost.
