Great location and comfortable.
Micro charges for normal room amenities like water and coffee pods. Only provided on first day, then you have to pay a small amount, which requires thinking about it and managing complexity. Just make it part of room fee to have coffee pod everyday, you make me feel like I’m getting hustled.

Love the size of the rooms and bathroom. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. All round great experience.
We had two single beds which were a little soft and not very comfortable. That would be my only negative. Mattresses probably due for an upgrade. But don't let that be the reason not to stay there.

Check-In / Out was easy and fast. The staff was friendly. The room was comfy and in overall good shape. I used it for an overnight from a late train (Oriente) to the airport for an early morning flight. For this it is great. I have been in the hotel a couple of times before. AND they offer you a bottle of water and a Delta coffee pod - really nice for thirsty travelers who have to get up before breakfast.
The concept of standing in a bath tub to take a shower is basically questionable - and at times a bath tub is just wonderful to have. So when I take a shower I don't like it, when I take a bath I love it. The air condition was quite loud.

Welcoming: the promptness of the employees, as well as the center location of the hotel. Breakfast: The variety and freshness of the products. The free bottle of water and coffee were very much appreciated!
The toillet should have a better protection for the shower water do not leak to the floor. The fridge should be automatically turned on.
