This was my second visit to this hotel and won’t be the last. A great place to stay near the airport and Oriente for bus and train connections. Also many excellent places to eat nearby. I had a great room on the 12th floor with a river view. The people who work there are very friendly.

Staffed we're great. Rooms comfortable and had everything we needed. Location very good for getting into centre of Lisbon by metro or bus. Breakfast buffet, bar snacks and dinner all good as well as the prices for food and drinks.

Reception was helpful, accommodated our request for a view at an upper floor, loved the bathroom, the first bathtub we've seen with a glass door that didn't leak water, loved the mirrors, bed comfortable, room quiet, ac perfect.
Bit of a walk to restaurants and mall. No real complaints.

Staff weren’t helpful at all and giving us false information and they just reason out that the staff are new. Like what?! Dont they receive a proper training to treat clients? Not even a compensation for the trouble they make. Not helpful and very condescending! I would never recommend this hotel!!!!
Toilet is not clean. Containers for shampoo and shower gel were so dirty. The shower door is broken and not even repaired, water goes out every after shower and prone to accidents. Complimentary amenities are deceiving, they say you will get such things but then when they give it to you there were just 3 stuff in the package.
