Location, breakfast, cleanliness. The room overlooked the railway line, but it wasn’t noisy.A complimentary bottle of water and two Delta capsules .
A faulty toilet. Noise from doors slamming upstairs.

Good location, close to Oceanarium and Oriente Station. Not far from the airport. Comfortable parking for about 10 euro for 24 hours, parking garage in a quiet parallel street, easy to enter and exit. Rooms in the upper floors have a very nice view.

Check-in was very easy. The location was great, only a few mins from Oriente station, and only three metro stops from the airport. We had a room on the 11th floor, and the view from the hallway was very impressive. Our room was facing west, so looking over the railway and the city beyond. Leaving a bag at the hotel on the day of checkout was easy, and a 12:00 checkout is very leisurely. The price was also very reasonable, especially compared to what we paid in the city centre for a hostel.
There are lots of very good restaurants in the area (I can recommend Tasca de Wenzhou and Bem-Vindo).
There were no double rooms as requested when we checked in, but the twin beds can be pushed together very easily.

Well located, with lovely coffee shops and restaurants near by. The proximity to Oriente station makes it the perfect spot to stay and have access to all needed transports to move about Lisbon.
Beautiful views from the tower, we were on the 11th floor. The room was spacious and the beds so comfortable.
The fridge in the room was not working. Wasn't a problem as we only stayed for the night to attend an event in Lisbon. And I am sure if we had mentioned it the staff would have sorted it, but we weren't fussed.

The location is super convenient, really a couple of minutes from the train station Lisboa - Oriente and Parque das Nações. The room was good size, clean, tidy and quiet.
The bed mattress and pillows were not very confortable.

Great location and comfortable.
Micro charges for normal room amenities like water and coffee pods. Only provided on first day, then you have to pay a small amount, which requires thinking about it and managing complexity.
Just make it part of room fee to have coffee pod everyday, you make me feel like I’m getting hustled.
