I love staying at the Executive Arts Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the location is excellent. It is my go to place to stay when in Lisbon.

I like the location of the property and the area for travelling bypass or trains
The property was good. It wasn’t bad, but the only thing was the facility of air conditioning was very poor.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, they promptly changed our room but the new room wasn’t working either. That was the only bad thing, everything else was perfect.

Booked a night to attend Rock in Rio Lisboa. Arrived back at the hotel and noticed my iPhone had no battery. Called to ask reception for a wake up call. The receptionist confirmed. No one woke me up. Missed two important business meetings. When I asked for help charging my phone, that too failed. The checkin was also as cold and unattached as it could be. I didn't even receive a good afternoon. The wifi in the room was still setup in the name of the previous guest.
