The location was very good close to public transport, Great breakfast and the hotel is very classy. We only stayed for the one night prior to flying back to the UK - the Hotel is in a great area with loads of bars cafes and eateries within easy reach.

Wonderful
The location was amazing and close to many restaurants and shops. It was less hilly than other parts of the city, which made walking convenient. I liked the art theme and paintings in the lobby.

Hotel is nice to look at and very conveniently situated
Hotel rooms are nothing to write home about. Additionally for most of one day we've had no running water (hotel didn't even notify the guests) causing serious dent in our plans.

Super friendly and helpful staff, easy check in, located near Oriente train station , shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Breakfast buffet offered many good options definitely will stay here again.

Many rooms overlook the railway. I can say that the hotel is located on it. The trains don't run for only a few hours at night.

Good location where I needed to be. Decent room.
The reception received a package for me without hesitation, which was nice.
Looks like they are using a 1980s system for check-in. Long waiting time for check-in and check-out even though there was no queue.
I had an avocado sandwich for room service and it was uneatable.

Location next to the expo center.
No gym, no irons, no water in the rooms. Cleaning services are poor, even if you asked and drew attention. Poor breakfast with slow service

The location is so close to the airport it’s great for international flights and the walkability of the area is great and there is a great aquarium and funicular
There is no gym. The front desk staff is not very friendly and seem to be selective who they are helpful to based on what language they speak.

Location is nice, though away from the historical center. Size of the rooms is fine.. Clean. Parking with reasonable pricing, although 10 eur is only if you park continuosly for 24 hrs. It's not that you pay 10 eur and can go in and out as many times as you want. If you go in and out for short trips, you pay usual price for Lisbon - something around 1 eur/hr.
It's a 14 store hotel and seems very popular for groups. In the morning if a group check out/in and people go for breakfast it's a horrible situation with elevator waiting time. For some reason they allow to use stairs only in emergency situations, one day I waited for an elevator literally for 25 minutes. Most of the time it's ok though. No coffee or tea in the rooms.
