Located at only 5 minutes from Oriente Station and directly at the hot spot of Lisbon's food court and the fair this hotel is a solid 4 star experience. The view over the Tejo from the highest floor is breathtaking. The staff is diplomatically descret when it comes to privacy.
The hairdryer overheated after 1-2 minutes and didn't work properly. I asked for replacement but none was available.

Very nice location.
The air condition was not blowing cold. It was warm in the room for the entire time. And this was after changing my room because the AC was not blowing cold or cool air.

This is a pretty smart but no frills hotel clearly aimed at the traveller in transit due to its location by the transport hub at Oriente and nearby airport. Great value.
It's the nature of the business that it's a bit impersonal and reception can be a bit slow. There is a bar though which we didn't try.

Absolutely perfect for a nights stay after a late bus, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. No issues at all and would gladly stay again

I will always boom the VIP Executive Arts as my number one choice when going to Lisbon. Close the the places I visit in Lisbon and accessible price and confort.
I do not like the fact that they cannot lend clients an Iron for my clothes. They force you to use their very expensive laundry.

Clean, however service quality depreciating. For an Hotel located in Av. dom Joao, it’s expected to deliver world class service. Staff not motivated, bar closes too soon, restaurant likewise
