Liked the quiet location that was walkable to more action. My room was wonderful with a really comfortable bed - quality beds, bedding, furniture, and curtains with a pleasant urban view. Plenty of plugs to charge phone, iPad, computer, I watch etc. Stayed in for dinner and, yes it was higher priced but worth it, but the food was delicious and presented beautifully. The breakfast exceeded expectations: it was expansive and delicious. And that was before they came out and offered to cook me eggs any way I like even suggesting I add avocado and mushrooms to them!!! Good selection of hot/cold cereals with lots of fruits, nuts, seeds, meats, cheese, and yogurts not to mention the delicious breads. A the green vitamin healthy shots were like the cherry on top of the ice cream - they tasted really good. I even had on issue with a lamp not working and maintenance arrived within 5 minutes! Impressed with friendliness and professionalism of staff. I felt like I got a great deal because the rate seemed below the quality and location, for which I am very grateful as I had come into Lisbon for a medical appointment.
Unfortunately, the entire wall had no electricity so they could not fix the lamp problem during my stay (don’t worry the lamp was just fine!!!). This was not due to negligence or lack of caring - it was during all the rains and damage throughout the city and country so just like everyone else they had to wait to have the electrical serviced.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Service staff is friendly and professional. Very good breakfast. It is conveniently located in a street perpendicular to Avenida Liberdade close to good restaurants, shops and bars.

Staff is unfriendly. We were not told that the car parking is 18€ per day. So on checkout we were surprised. However we payed the parking fee and told the employee that we were not told before that the parking cost 18€ per day. The employee became very unfriendly and arrogant. He asks us multiple times if our stay was good although obviously we were in a bad mood because of the parking fee misunderstanding. This is a bad behaviour for employees.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant for dinner was an excellent option after a long day. Parking was easy and definitely worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel’s location is perfect — close to all the main attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room size was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated having a restaurant on site — the food was delicious!
The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning quality, but apart from that, everything was wonderful.

The services and facilities. Location is nice. We could walk for almost all main attractions in Lisbon. There is a parking lot inside the hotel and this was very convenient for us.

Excellent breakfast - lots of good choices, nicely served/displayed. Spacious room, comfortable mattress and pillows, large bathroom with 2 sinks and a big, walk-in shower. Well-situated: off Avenida de Liberdade (the Champs-Elysees of Lisbon) in a lovely, upscale neighborhood.
No drawers in room, only shelves. Would have liked a drawer or two.

Hotel itself is nice, the staff were so helpful, nice and attentive! The room we chose on booking was amazing, felt really new.
The breakfast seems nice but 16€ pp sounds expensive. When we got to the hotel they 'upgraded' us without telling us. We got downstairs because it wasn't the room we wanted or booked and then they told us they upgraded us because the rooms we booked were all sold out. We needed to switch room in 2 nights order so we got to sleep one night in each room. Try next time to let us know that we are not getting what we ordered, it will make us know what to expect better instead of stepping in the room and feel cheated. The overall hotel is more business oriented than leisure, take that in your mind when ordering it

Thought they had a roof top bar. It’s by the pool. Ok, but not rooftop.
