The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. Overall this was a great place to stay (although during peak hour getting to and from this location was difficult due to traffic congestion) and we'd love to return.

This is our second visit at the hotel and the experience is wonderful as it was last year! Fabolous hotel in an excellent and central location at the center of Lisbon, near Avenida de Liberdade. The staff members were wonderful, helpful, always with a smile and good will, whether it is the workers at reception, breakfast room, hotels maids or the Concierge. Thanks a lot to lovely Rita from the breakfast room - her smile, attitude and service every morning during breakfasts this visit and last year's visit were remarkable! Thanks to Esti from reception and special thanks to Cheila - The service & customer experience with them were excellent. Our 3 rooms were spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. We stayed there 4 nights this time and 5 nights last year and we all enjoyed every minute of our stay. We really liked our breakfasts at the hotel : Nice breakfast room, a very high standard of service and above all - Great, tasty, fresh and varied breakfast, a real Gem. To sum the review 10 of 10 and we will be more than happy to stay there in our next trip to Lisbon ! Obrigado

There was a lovely welcome gift in the room including local cakes, a local spirit and a Lisbon fridge magnet. It was a lovely touch. The staff was really friendly. We would definitely come back.

Room vas nice and cozy, beds very comfortable. We needed a cot and was already waiting for us in the room upon arrival. There was a small balcony as well. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Nice location.

Wonderful
We had to book last minute due to a situation with our planned accommodations and this was a pleasant find. Location was good, hotel was beautiful, and we enjoyed drinks on the terrace out front.

Lovely staff - so friendly and helpful. Good location for exploring, a bit quieter as its just out of the centre. Clean and well maintained room. The bed was so comfortable!
A better supply of refreshments in the room would be nice. 1 coffee pod each per day and no tea was a bit disappointing considering the room rate.
