Disappointing
The shower leaked water into the bathroom, and the morning receptionist’s service was unfriendly and unhelpful. The check-in experience was also poor. Considering the price, I could have chosen a much better hotel. We arrived late and requested a slightly later checkout, but the staff handled the request in an unpleasant manner.

Wonderful
It was very good value for money and the staff were nice. They were very helpful in returning items that were left behind. I liked the coffee tray and the complimentary water. The toiletries were also good.
I slipped in the shower and got a nasty bump on my head. Also I unfortunately stained the sheets as I had a scrape on my elbow. Just think the shower tray was slippery. Would stay again however but remain wary.

Exceptional
This is our third consecutive stay at the hotel after staying in 2024 for 4 nights and in 2023 for 5 nights. The experience is just wonderful as it was during our previous stays. The warm welcoming of the staff, the smiling & excellent service, It feels like returning home for us and I guess that's saying all

The location is quiet but very close to the Metro, bus services and shops, and it’s easy to get to many tourist attractions on public transport. The room was very comfortable all and well equipped, breakfast was excellent and the hotel employees were friendly and helpful
The dates I wanted to be in Lisbon coincided with a large Tech conference and a film festival, so the price of the room was somewhat higher than normal, but that is down to timing rather anything to do with the service provided by the hotel. The bar was very small and really geared to supplying summer trade by the pool rather than an all year round service

Wonderful
Very good hotel in general. Lovely staff, very clean. The parking has pretty large spaces. The location was amazing. Great food at competitive prices at the hotel restaurant.
The hotel is pretty old and some parts of the room were a bit worn/destroyed. It could use a little renovation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant for dinner was an excellent option after a long day. Parking was easy and definitely worth it.

Wonderful
Central but quiet location. Very comfortable room (Superior Double), pleasant decoration.
Superior Double rooms seem to differ in size and shape. Some have one, others two comfy chairs. So it's not quite clear what you get when you book this category.
Also, even though there was plenty of space in front of the hotel I was not allowed to leave my car there between 9am and checkout.

Very Good
We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel’s location is perfect — close to all the main attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room size was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated having a restaurant on site — the food was delicious!
The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning quality, but apart from that, everything was wonderful.
