Staff was really helpful and nice. The location was really good
One of the pillow cases was dirty. The room seemed clean but the bedhead was dusty, we haven’t noticed that until we opened the window towards morning to get some fresh air, it raised the dust from bedhead right into bed. Breakfast was very weak/ not appealing for a 4 star hotel located in that area.

Convenient location, attentive staff (namely Jose at breakfast), comfortable bed & cleanliness.
I wish there was a fitness center. The swimming pool was a bit small for any real workout.

Very good instructions on how things work. TV was unacceptable. It was so dark. It could not be seen. I advised them about it, but it was not fixed.

We were offered an up grade on our room which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thought the breakfast option was expensive so went out in the neighbourhood and found lovely cafes for breakfast. The neighbourhood was very nice with easy access to the city
