Disappointing
The shower leaked water into the bathroom, and the morning receptionist’s service was unfriendly and unhelpful. The check-in experience was also poor. Considering the price, I could have chosen a much better hotel. We arrived late and requested a slightly later checkout, but the staff handled the request in an unpleasant manner.

It was very good value for money and the staff were nice. They were very helpful in returning items that were left behind. I liked the coffee tray and the complimentary water. The toiletries were also good.
I slipped in the shower and got a nasty bump on my head. Also I unfortunately stained the sheets as I had a scrape on my elbow. Just think the shower tray was slippery. Would stay again however but remain wary.

This is our third consecutive stay at the hotel after staying in 2024 for 4 nights and in 2023 for 5 nights. The experience is just wonderful as it was during our previous stays. The location is quiet but very close to the Metro, bus services and shops, and it’s easy to get to many tourist attractions on public transport. The room was very comfortable all and well equipped, breakfast was excellent and the hotel employees were friendly and helpful
The dates I wanted to be in Lisbon coincided with a large Tech conference and a film festival, so the price of the room was somewhat higher than normal, but that is down to timing rather anything to do with the service provided by the hotel. The bar was very small and really geared to supplying summer trade by the pool rather than an all year round service
