What a great hotel! The walking convenience was paramount. Breakfast was great. The rooms were compact but enough. We actually stayed here twice only 1 week apart since we came back to Lisbon to fly out. A good choice!

The hotel was ideally located right next door to the Praça do Comercio with lots of cafes, restaurants and transport options nearby. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they offered to store our bags while our room was being cleaned. The room was very modern, clean, comfortable with a great walk in shower and fluffy towels. There was a wide assortment for breakfast which was great.

Good location central to all areas in historic district. Very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with advice about restaurants and directions. A good bar for one last drink with friends at the end of the night.

Breakfast was great! Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was a tad small but clean, lots of storage, and had a great bathroom and shower.

Some staff were really helpful and lovely. Smart use of mirrors to make the rooms seem bigger. The recommended tour by one of the frontdesk staff was great, we had a great time. The tour only took cash, however, so just prepare some cash with you if you're interested.
Location is okay, oftentimes Bolt/Uber couldn't identify the exact location and/or there would be a jam in front of the hotel. Towel rack was really high up, it was quite hard to reach.

They sent a champagne and lava cake for my birthday.
