The breakfast was excellent, and the location if perfact.
They didn't fill the water in the room as part of the room service. I expected this as a standard of the hotel will do it as part of their services.

Very Poor
Avoid this hotel; it was overpriced and inconsiderate of international travelers. The Vincci Baixi Hotel canceled my booking the day before my check-in without leaving me a message. My original booking was 906.30, and I paid 1461.72. I was at an all-day work conference for four days and traveling internationally, so could not answer their call. The hotel should have left me a phone message or emailed me. I had no idea my hotel was canceled and had no opportunity to give them a different card. I had a confirmation email for my original booking from booking.com and even a welcome message from the hotel the day before. Then, I logged in on the day of my reservation with a message saying my reservation was canceled. There were Taylor Swift crowds and a lack of other available hotels, so I rebooked the hotel at 1461.72, hoping to get a refund and stick to my original location since this was my first time in Lisbon. The manager said she would contact me this week, and I have not heard from her. I contacted Booking.com, and they are not taking responsibility for its website's lack of credit card validation errors with my original booking. I am stuck with the large bill, and no one is willing to help me resolve it.
Overpriced for what the accommodations offered and inconsiderate of international travelers.

I purposely booked this hotel as I like Vincci hotel group as the staff are always friendly and helpfull and the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable.
This hotel is in a great location for shopping, bars restaurants and public transport.
Lovely breakfast, strong wifi
A kettle in the room would be nice (there was a coffee machine)

Perfect location. River, and many sites in walking distance.very clean. Great employees. Delicious breakfast with big variety of food and drinks.
Lighting in the rooms, especially bathroom. Sometimes I had the feeling bathroom could have been helped had the design been checked by a short woman.

The location is beyond excellent and that is essential for a visit to Lisbon. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the room was functional and very clean. There is some noise from the street but the windows when shut reduce it to a whisper and the cool air conditioning ensure a good nights sleep. Without doubt I would recommend it to friends.
The house red wine could be improved!
