Stellar staff! Very accommodating when I had an urgent need to use their phone. Rita in the bar is amazing and deserves a raise. Check in was smooth. Great location.
The bathroom door in room 114 CREAKS! Two twin beds are right up against each other. The lighting system was impossible to figure out. A chart/instructions would be helpful.

Location was great and it was very clean. The customer service prior to arrival was excellent. Sarah made our stay special by adding a really nice note of celebration for my daughter’s birthday, a picture, balloons, and champagne. She was just so so great.
The front desk experience with Rodrigo wasn’t great, the greeters in the restaurant in the morning was a very grouchy man, and I could get the overhead shower to work.

The location
The price was a bit high for what I was getting. Walls were also VERY thin, could hear the person next door walking on heels. The balconies are very close to each other, no privacy when sitting outside.

Quiet overall except for late arriving guests who did not use quiet voices. As such we were woken up several times. Finally put a towel by door which helped some.
