The location was great and the room was clean
The room offered very limited space for hanging clothes. Additionally, I was charged €18 at checkout for a standard small bottle of water from the minibar, which I felt was excessively priced.

Location is extremely good, nearby the points of interests. Staff is very nice, courteous, helpful and available. Breakfast is excellent, delicious and anything you can think of is available. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. This is my 2nd stay in Vincci Baixa and I will come back again.

Cute hotel, very walkable to nearby sights. Upon arrival the staff was very sweet and welcoming but my adult kids did have a negative interaction with trying to eat some pizza they grabbed one night at the front tables and being scolded that they had to take it to their room by a female clerk. Maybe it is a policy but they did not need to be approached how they were. This was only one individual and not reflective of the other staff. Overall our room was comfortable and convenient and I would stay again if I was in Lisbon.
Only complaint was the one rude employee, everything else was good.

Very comfortable bed and good A/C, superb staff with excellent restaurant recommendations. Ricardo was extremely helpful, they were able to store our bicycles. Coffee maker in the room, Fruit available at front desk

Location was amazing. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms are nice.
Was around 300 euro per night. Bit pricey. Then again, i am Not too aware of hotel prices in the area but was told this is the norm especially considering the location.

Stellar staff! Very accommodating when I had an urgent need to use their phone. Rita in the bar is amazing and deserves a raise. Check in was smooth. Great location.
The bathroom door in room 114 CREAKS! Two twin beds are right up against each other. The lighting system was impossible to figure out. A chart/instructions would be helpful.
