Nuestra estadía fue excelente. La propiedad está muy bien ubicada y tiene fácil acceso a varios lugares turísticos, lo que hizo nuestro viaje mucho más cómodo. The property is very well located and offers easy access to many tourist attractions, which made our trip much more convenient. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the host provided great service throughout our stay, always being helpful and attentive. We highly recommend this place to future guests looking for a vacation rental. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The location was great and the room was clean
The room offered very limited space for hanging clothes. Additionally, I was charged €18 at checkout for a standard small bottle of water from the minibar, which I felt was excessively priced.

Location is extremely good, nearby the points of interests. Staff is very nice, courteous, helpful and available. Breakfast is excellent, delicious and anything you can think of is available. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. This is my 2nd stay in Vincci Baixa and I will come back again.

Cute hotel, very walkable to nearby sights. Upon arrival the staff was very sweet and welcoming but my adult kids did have a negative interaction with trying to eat some pizza they grabbed one night at the front tables and being scolded that they had to take it to their room by a female clerk. Maybe it is a policy but they did not need to be approached how they were. This was only one individual and not reflective of the other staff. Overall our room was comfortable and convenient and I would stay again if I was in Lisbon.
Only complaint was the one rude employee, everything else was good.
