There was no breakfast included but there was a nice restaurant on site. The location and staff were incredible. It was very clean and always friendly assistance at the front desk. Location is walking distance from shops, the river, and places to eat. The room was wheelchair accessible and amenities were adapted as needed.
There were power issues with WiFi and charging stations. Maintenance was attentive to issues with drainage but the sink and shower still drained very slowly. Neither the mirror nor the phones in the bathroom were in working order.

The location is perfect! Many must see places nearby. The staff at the reception exceptionally helpful, must mention Rodrigo by name. Clean rooms, high ceilings and good lighting.
The only downside was the fact that the walls might be too thin, I woke up to the loud sounds of two rude guests of the hotel at 6 am.

The location was perfect and we liked the setup
We just couldn’t figure out the washing machine and didnt even try the stovetop. It really helps if someone is there to meet you and show you how to work the appliances. I dont want to spend time on utube trying to figure it all out. Definitely need more paper products. We only had 3 half rolls of tp in one bathroom. It’s ok to leave more.

The location and staff were great. Really cared about their guests and the hospitality was quite warm and professional.
The rooms were quite small and oddly shaped. The electrical outlets and lights in my and my coworker's room had some faults and my rainforest shower didn't work. The outlets only charged at a 3W trickle making it hard to keep my phone charged and the TV was in "hotel mode" so I couldn't connect my chromecast and watch TV/shows in my language. Kind of defeats the purpose of a TV in room. Also there was a pool, but apparently it was at another property? These seem like owner decisions that could be rectified, not anything the staff could improve.

Location
Weird timings, slow service and just difficult issues. I was kicked out of the dining area at 12 pm because they wanted to clean it. I couldn’t order food between 11:30 and 12:30??? My room was never cleaned because their policy was until 5 pm at night and I needed to use my room for video calls !! By 2 or 3 pm. Just was not a very business friendly hotel and that’s maybe my fault.

A very nice cozy room at a great location just by the center. 10 minute walk from every place you could want to visit in Lisbon. Comfortable bed. Everybody at the reception was nice too.
