Great place to stay, has everything you would need. Enjoyed the balcony in my room as well.
The neighborhood is super lively but a little rundown. But I would stay here again as it's close to two nice metro stops and it's very walkable.

Super friendly staff, very comfortable room with basic ammenities for coffee and tea.
The garden is lovely and is quite near the metro, markets and some restaurants.

Was my husbands birthday and they brought a bottle of fizz and chocolates such a sweet touch!
Location- was a long walk into the centre and not too much around but there was a tube very close and very easy

This property Its a little gem . Clean , cosy and well maintained. Not in the centre but Well located. At first glance it seems to be in a dodgy area when seeing homeless and building in ruins across the road, but soon after arriving and making ourselves comfortable it has a nice feel to it.. my only objection or dislike is the fact that it doesnt have a lift and if you happen to get a room on the 3rd or 4th floor and you are carrying luggage you will get a work out
I would like to specifically highlight Carlos at reception what a gentleman!! so accommodating and personable !. Our stay was better because of him.
Not elevator/lift in a place of four floors!!
