Staff is wonderful. Outside area is peaceful. Map to restaurants nearby was helpful. Got out taxi rides. Room is large and very updated and clean.
Friend had trouble carrying luggage up stairs but staff helped her!

Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Friendly and helpful receptionist. We didn’t use the jetted tub or common kitchen but they were nice amenities.
Only the stairs which we knew about when we booked. But being in our 70 s made the stairs a challenge. You could hear the Metro running below the building but it was a non issue for us.

Appreciated the pastries and instant coffee available to get the day started. Liked that there was a kitchen either basic supplies like wine glasses and a corkscrew.
Wish we had paid attention to there being no lift, so we were prepared to hoist luggage up stairs. The staff was very gracious to change our room to the lowest floor.

Delightful small hotel in very good neighborhood. Courtyard garden inviting snd charming
Room had a small refrigerator (pre-stocked with items for €2 each , a very fair price, and an electric teapot for instant coffee, but a small microwave for heating up restaurant leftovers would be nice.

Everything was great, the staff was really nice, almost everyday they leave us something on the bed as a present, its clean and cosy. Totally recommend it.
Unfortunately there was a lot of homeless guys on the street but its not fault of the hotel.

I loved the lounge area, the common kitchen, the comfort of being home.
The location was a bit far from the downtown waterfront. The neighbourhood (graffiti and all) was not somewhere I would normally stay

It’s walking distance to places I wanted to visit and very close to the train station. Staff is very friendly. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby.
It would be nice if there is elevator.
