Perfect location for getting from/to the airport or to/from other areas of the City via Metro. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
Lack of elevator can be challenging with upper floor rooms and heavy luggage, but overall still worth staying here.

The location is excellent. Great staff and the facilities are beautiful. When you arrived to the room it smell good. Bathroom is big. It have a patio in the second floor that have oranges trees.

It was very clean and the facilities are really good. The location is a few minutes walk to the metro if you want to go somewhere else. There are lots of places nearby to eat and grocery stores to buy something. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. There was no elevator but the staff assisted us in taking our luggage upstairs. When we asked they gave us recommendations in where to eat nearby and we have tried a few places and the food is delicious.

It is close to the Metro Arroios and it’s easy to connect with the other places the city.
Spacious, bright, clean room, quite private and close to businesses and places of interest other than the tourist attractions in the traditional neighbourhoods.
You can feel the train a little, but it's not something that bothers you.
