Delightful small hotel in very good neighborhood. Courtyard garden inviting snd charming
Room had a small refrigerator (pre-stocked with items for €2 each , a very fair price, and an electric teapot for instant coffee, but a small microwave for heating up restaurant leftovers would be nice.

Everything was great, the staff was really nice, almost everyday they leave us something on the bed as a present, its clean and cosy. Totally recommend it.
Unfortunately there was a lot of homeless guys on the street but its not fault of the hotel.

I loved the lounge area, the common kitchen, the comfort of being home.
The location was a bit far from the downtown waterfront. The neighbourhood (graffiti and all) was not somewhere I would normally stay

It was a convenient location, and the staff was excellent.
We had to carry our suitcases up two flights of steps. However, I think that’s normal.

It’s walking distance to places I wanted to visit and very close to the train station. Staff is very friendly. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby.
It would be nice if there is elevator.

I loved this hotel - it’s small and intimate - customer service was also excellent! Rooms are big, nice and clean. Good amount of space and the beds were also very comfortable.
It’s a little tricky to find the hotel, it can be easily missed especially at night. They do have a red sign next to the door which helped. Also, you do hear the metro.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Third floor walk up. I’m 68 and I found it quite difficult. A room on a lower floor would be better for a senior.
A bit noisy with ambulances/police sirens and the metro can be heard rumbling underground, even on the third floor. This is no fault of the guest house just the ambience.

Clean room, good location, 25 minutes to center by walk. Good price, nice interior yard.
A little bit noisy from the metro. But this was not an issue for us.
