Easy access to the metro. Wonderful staff.
Housekeeping was through and done perfect. The dishwasher kept shortening out the staff tried to fix it but shortened out. I just washed the dishes. No problem. Just a great place to stay. LOVED the futbol game on Tuesday. Lots of exciting people enjoying the game. Fun to have.

Pool under repair so rooftop was closed. Neighborhood is pretty residential and right across from the football stadium.

Easy parking and close to Airport. Reception staff were excellent. 2 bedroom apartment was a great size. Shower was great.
The apartment needed updating - the couch was stained and uncomfortable, the furniture was chipped and knobs missing . It just needed a refresh to reach value for money potential as layout is excellent.

Room was great for self-catering holiday (well equipped, big and modern unusual design), and a swivel tv that also served as a divider between the sofa bed and bed was a novelty. Rooftop pool was excellent especially when we couldn't explore due to the heat wave. Location was perfect to visit the stadium and catch the metro. Neighbourhood is lovely and peaceful. Grocery across the road was very convenient.
No place to hang wet pool towels. Perhaps more towel railing in the bathroom would be good.

The housekeeping was really good, but the actual room, wifi, service, and overall attuitude of the staff was poor. I would just wish to stay at another hotel next time.
Poor service, wifi, location was far from downtown, the room felt really enclosed like a box and it was average. Nothing special and I would just hope I select a better hotel next time.

Close to everything via a short & cheap Bolt ride (European version of Uber/Lyft). Modern facility and friendly knowledgeable staff.
Initially we received a room that smelled heavily of cigarettes (which irritates my seasonal allergies), but the staff was nice enough to upgrade my room to one with a balcony the next afternoon while we completed some local activities (tile making/cooking, etc.). I love Portugal but it’s highly unlikely I’ll return due to the hills. At least I didn’t gain weight on my vacation.

Supermarket and mall nearby , the pool is very nice.
The beds and the pillows just awful, it’s impossible to sleep on it, super low quality. All the carpets are full of dust and old. The shower is super tiny and it takes 1 hour to understand how to open the water taps. The facility is new but the maintenance is not good enough. The breakfast and the food in general in the restaurant is very poor quality same as the the coffee and everything, almost nothing to eat, not much vegetables.

We mainly chose this hotel because of parking. The hotel applies a discount for the parking of 8 EUR per day which is a great price. There were plenty of free spaces during our stay. Our family room was spacious, mattresses comfortable, linens and towels clean. Overall the room was clean, but years of high moisture lefts some scars - it wasn’t possible to fully close the bathroom door, not a big deal though. The breakfast buffet was basic, but food quality was good. We liked their pastel de nato served during breakfast. There is a metro station in some 10 minutes walk - convenient to get anywhere in the City. Single ticket price is 1.85 Eur.
The breakfast was poorly organized! Lack of space during Saturday and Sunday. But most importantly the constant lack of basic dishes like scrambled eggs and ham. Even worse - lack of plates, glasses and coffee cups! It’s really a shame for the hotel. The coffee was also a disaster - not from beans, but some cheap powder crap, but now it seems like hotels in Portugal don’t care about coffee :(
We also missed the rooftop pool because it was “closed for indefinite time” on Sunday, but then suddenly opened on Monday! Seems like they just closed the pool because hotel had too many guests, what’s a shame :(
