The hotel is well-equipped and clean. The location is excellent – close to the metro. Shops are also nearby. It's a great base for sightseeing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If we return to Lisbon, we'll definitely stay at TURIM!

Position is really good, staff was really helpful and nice. Music in the room, it was a bit weird at the beginning, but then it is enjoyable. Beds are really comfortable.
No plugs close to the bed! I found that the room had too many mirros (one inside the shower too), bit uncomfortable.

I’m gonna start from the staff. Since day one they helped me a lot with getting around and they were very friendly. Location is perfect. Very quiet neighborhood with 3 grocery stores close by and the subway stop in just 3 minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast stuff is great. Always smiling. Inside the room there was a lounge/chillout radio station and that was a plus. Last day I did not feel well and the stuff let me do a late check out and actually it helped quite a bit. I highly recommend this hotel and this hotel chain. I would book it again for sure.
