Very nice hotel: stylish with charm, beautiful room, nice restaurant & bar with live music. Nicely located, close to the metro station (with easy & fast connection to the Airport) and also within walking distance to the main spots in Lisbon. We'll come back :)
The stay was pleasant, but it would be more comfortable if the bathroom door wasn’t made of glass. It doesn’t provide full privacy for the person using the bathroom and can also disturb the other person if they’re sleeping

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was modern and comfortable, the staff was nice and the location was excellent for what I needed. I was attending a music festival that weekend so was getting to bed late and had no problem sleeping in as there was no noise reaching my room. Was also impressed that my room was quickly cleaned even with my strange schedule. The rooftop pool area is quite small, but enough for a little afternoon break.
I found it a bit strange that the bar next to the pool opened quite late in the day.

The staff were so helpful and the hotel was excellent. We made use of the pool and happy hour and breakfast. We had lovely rooms and they were very comfortable. We were close to the metro and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Nothing, it was excellent in every way. However we found Lisbon lacking, if we had not had such a lovely hotel we would not have liked Lisbon at all. A coffee machine would have been nice.

Staff was not professional or in tune to our needs. The check in process was a joke. The girl should have acted like a professional woman. She had 0% care for us our desire to serve us. This felt like a kid hang out.

The pool area. Cramped, not usable to sunbathe/relax as no seating available on each attempt made. Very small, better to convert the underused bar area for seating in the sunshine.
Floor tiles not secure.

All the staff were excellent, the reception desk always very polite and the female bartender during my stay was lovely I am extremely impressed by the staff and facilities in general and will likely come back.
I liked everything. I just wish I knew what fragrance the hotel uses in the rooms because its amazing.

The staff were very courteous and welcoming.
The decor was stylish and tasteful, and the location was excellent.
We booked two executive rooms on the same floor, which were very similar in terms of quality and amenities. However, one felt significantly smaller and gloomier due to its layout and very limited natural light — it had only one window facing a nearby wall. In contrast, the other room was bright, airy, and felt like a completely different category. We were disappointed because we expected the same quality when booking two rooms of the same category for the same price. More consistency in room allocation within the same category, especially when multiple rooms are booked together would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
