Exceptional
Beautiful room on a corner, with balcony, on a high floor. Room was really large, spacious, light and airy with numerous windows. Lovely big bed with plenty of pillows; minibar, large bottle of water, and nice strong hot shower (with rain shower head and a hand-held one too). The concierge/porter was extremely helpful and friendly.
Two minor gripes: bed could have been softer/more give in the mattress; and the floor behind the bathroom door (when open) and wall had not been cleaned in some time.

Beautifully fitted out, large rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, amazing shower. It’s located just outside the main city centre so quieter, but walkable to the centre ~1 mile or metro is close by / €6 in a Taxi. Lots of restaurants nearby the hotel so no need to venture far at night. I had an internal facing room, not the best view but very quiet.
Parking was on the steep side at €25 a day. It’s a public car park under the hotel but I think guests should have a cheaper rate.

The room is of adequate size with comfortable beds and very clean. The location of the hotel is central and easy to reach with pubic transportation. The breakfast is very good.

The lobby looked very nice and the bar downstairs, I think that's what guests pay for in this hotel. And the staff was very friendly and nice
I have to say that the breakfast was quite disappointing and the worst coffee we've ever had. For coffee in the morning we have to go out

Very recently refurbished. All clean. Nice location.
Rude breakfast staff. No options for vegans or dairy free or gluten free travellers, and the breakfast staff basically said it’s our fault for having any additional requirements.
No bathroom toiletries or slippers/robes were provided - unusual for a 4 star hotel.

Seemed like our room was freshly renovated and it was very comfortable and stylish and overall the hotel made such an impression. Also the staff of the hotel is very friendly, supported as much as possible during the blackout!

Great affordable find in a walkable area in Lisbon. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Our room was comfortable and spacious. After a long flight, it was great to be able to take a little nap before heading out on the town. Lisbon has so much to offer, and it was nice to have a nice place to rest after a long day of walking around. The bar/restaurant downstairs has very friendly, knowledgeable staff. You can grab a quick bite a coffee or a nightcap.
It can be a little noisy outside at peak traffic times.
