The gentleman that served me on my arrival was so professional and welcoming. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable. The location is good, it's not downtown but still heaps to get around and see within walking distance. There are food places and grocery store nearby. Great for a night or two.
For the price I paid for one night, I would have thought it would have been a little more upmarket. No sockets beside the bed, it has carpet when you enter and then what looks like floor planks on the main area. These planks are all chipped. These chips would not allow the floors to be cleaned properly. The balcony door would not open and judging by the handle being loose, it has been like it for a little while now. So it gives you no choice of fresh air. I would also expect more than just a sachet of instant coffee and wooden stirrers in the room. The coffee brand is the cheapest you can buy also. Two dribbles of milk in those little sealed cups doesn't even colour your coffee. As I said for your dollars you pay it's not real good value for money. I have stayed in places that were heaps cheaper and had less stars and they have been way classier.

Great location, easily accessible to the metro, restaurants, and cafes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. There's tea and coffee in the room which was very convenient. Very comfortable bed.

Not much to say to be honest, location was okay - although busy road.
When we arrived, the door to the balcony of our room would not open. I reported this to reception, not once did they acknowledge that this was not okay and apologise. After a while my partner was able to open the door but every time we came back to the room there was a bad smell in the air. Also, wallpaper peeling on the wall, hairs on the floor and shower head was leaking.

I am disappointed to leave this review for a supposedly 4-star hotel, as my experience was let down by two significant issues.
Firstly, and most concerning, is a lost item. I clearly left a hat in my room upon check-out. I am certain of this. I contacted the hotel within a day, but the staff claimed nothing was found. While I accept responsibility for forgetting it, a hotel of this caliber should have a robust lost-and-found protocol. This incident has unfortunately eroded my sense of security and trust. Although the hat was only worth around 20€, the principle is what matters.
Secondly, the breakfast was very mediocre and not up to standard. The coffee machine was outdated and confusing to use. I selected a "milk coffee," but it dispensed black coffee because the milk powder container was empty. Using powdered milk in a 4-star hotel breakfast is simply unacceptable. The overall quality of the breakfast offering was very basic and did not meet expectations.
For the price point and rating, I expected much better. These issues, particularly the missing item, have left a very negative impression and I cannot recommend this hotel.

The bed and the pillows.
Near metro stration.
Many parking lots are nearby.
The carpet at the entrance to the room could be better maintained in terms of cleanliness.
