The accomodations are fantastic. The bed was super comfortable, there was place to sit, and the bathroom was new and clean. There was even a radio speaker in the bathroom. Stocked mini fridge and free coffee and water.
Honestly very little was bad about this place. Breakfast is paid and a bit expensive but it's near to a lot of great cafes. It's not super close to downtown but right off a metro line.

The room and location were really great and comfortable. We attended a concert in Campo Pequeno, it's very nearby and has a paid parking lot which you can book in advance for a cheaper price nearby.

Good breakfast, nice staff, well located - close to metro, railway station and bus stops. Around different kind of shops and restaurants.
There was no wardrobe in the room, only one drower and place for the shoes, so we kept our clothes in the luggage during one week stay.
