They gave us another room because the air conditioning wasn’t working in our first room. They gave us 4 different rooms to choose from. The breakfast was great, many options to choose from. The shower was good - I like hot water, the shampoo&shower gel and conditioner smelled good. Comfortable beds, good TV. The rooms were cleaned everyday and new towels every day. The staff was friendly and kind.
Did not like that the air conditioning wasn’t working in the first room. We were in Lisboa when it was hot weather (38 degrees).

Location is decent.
Smelly room, hot water that only works in the morning, minimal comfort, bad lighting and window facing the corridor, parking is very expensive. Not terrible but definetly far below its stars and price.

TURIM Hotel is well located and easy to reach by metro or an uber from the airport/city centre. Moreover, within 10minutes walk there were great places to eat, have a coffee or do some groceries. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We could easily store our bags after the check-in. Cool breakfast with quite a few warm food options and a lot of desserts. The beds were comfy and there was no disturbing noise coming from the outside during the night nor from the rooms next door.
Although the breakfast was very good, the selection of veggies was very limited. I wish there was a few more options. There were certain things that were not working such as wifi in the rooms or refill of the water available in the rooms. However, the reception staff would always sort it out once asked.

Location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the centre and also to the tourist buses and tour departure sites. People are incredibly nice and helpful. Room was spacious, wifi good. Breakfast was very good. Air conditioner was a life saver! Rooms are properly cleaned every day.
My room was a bit smelly (air conditioning probably) and the shower had fungi building up on the back wall. The restaurant menu is very restricted for a 4 star hotel.

It’s located in a quiet, secure, and well-connected place.
The air conditioning doesn’t work, so the room feels extremely hot during the summer. However, it’s cooler outside.
