No hot water the first day. I went down to reception, and they sent an engineer, but I was in a rush so I couldn't shower.
Then, no water on the 2nd day either. I go down to reception, and they tell me that I need to let the water run for 5 min, then it will eventually get hot. The trick did work, but it took A LONG TIME to get hot water.

Wonderful
We booked a room for one night only without breakfast (we had an early flight). The room was big, the beds were confortable and everything was clean and organised. In the room, there were welcomming cookies, water, coffee, and tea. The room also had a mini fridge, super helpful to keep small items or food cold.
We also parked our car in the parking space of the hotel and it was very easy to use and find. The staff was very nice and helpful, available 24/7.

We found cockroaches in our room and asked to be moved, but unfortunately, the new room had the same issue. The breakfast was good, though nothing exceptional.

Comfortable Hotel. Getting to City center is easy by Bolt. Good cafes , restaurants and groceries around the location.
The furniture like wardrobe could be better. We had prosecco in the bar. It seemed that the opened bottle was kept for too long as the drink was undrinkable and it was too late to start the dispute.

It is situated in a quiet area in the city centre which makes it ideal for travelers who do not drive as it is close to all enmities and many attractions. Hotel staff very friendly, cleanliness is exceptionally good!
Appreciated the hotel’s management gesture to find wine and sweets in our room to commemorate a special occasion.

The room was modern and comfy. The location is convenient as there are at least two metro stations nearby.
There are cobblestones everywhere in Lisbon which really bad for the rolling suitcase.
