the room actually quite okay, in term of space and location. many restaurants around although not so central.
a little bit old. I don't know why, but I felt a little bit itchy sleeping here. very standard, clean up very late in the evening after asking.

the reception staff were outstanding especially Bruna, she went above board to help both myself and my daughter. breakfast was very good. liked in-room coffee.
the light in the room and the bathroom could have been brighter, hard to put on makeup. Not enough receptacles for electric devices. I'm American the temp in the room was cold I didn't know how to adjust. However the gentleman at the desk we quick to respond.

Beds are confortable. Not a bad location.
Floor need to be replace. The isolation of windows are not great. We were on the side of the road and we hear every cars that was using the street beside the hotel. Starting at 6:00 am we can hear the metro passing every 10 minutes even if our windows were closed. The television in room 307 must be the first flat screen from the 90s. We got the 308 for our last night and the television was more recent. Anyway we don’t go to Lisbon to watch TV. The buffet for breakfast at 15€ per person does not worth it. Last thing, they’re is no electric outlet on the side of the bed to plus phone or tablets. That a none sense in a hotel.

Great location in central Lisbon, quiet street.
Staff is great and cleanliness is as expected.
Breakfast quality is decent, except for the coffee machine which produces bad-quality coffee.
Design is very old-fashioned, carpet needs replacing.
Lobby has a very strange vibe with strange people hanging around
Shower is not fully enclosed and prone to flooding
Could not connect to Wi-Fi, completely unusable

The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect.
The shower, you had to run the water for at least 10 minutes before you got warm water.

We liked the location and close proximity to metro. It was clean and a very comfortable stay for a great price.
The WiFi connection wasn’t strong. It worked for me but not my partner for some reason

I didnt like anything; location, facilities, price, staff, cleanness, room conditions. There was cockroaches running in my room.

This is not 4 stars hotel , everything was so old or didn’t work properly and very small room and the location was far from public metro.

It is a clean place. The hotel has good connections with bus and the metro stations.
The HVAC is outdated. It is a noisy system and has poor performance. It's impossible to achieve the correct temperature. In the middle of the night we need to shut down the system.
People in the lobby were quite impolite concerning parking the car in the Hotel and they were claiming an extra charge of 25 Euros.

Well everything was nice the place was very nice I mean the location is very good the hotel is clean the staff (Nice and good treatment from the staff as well.)
Breakfast was good and varied.
The hotel is close to many distinguished places.
First time I came to this hotel for two nights it was okay and nice.
The important thing is that I could sleep well when I wanted.
