Very good and comfortable room. Breakfast was ok, although the space itself had no windows, no natural light and was a bit hot. Location is very good, as it is at walking distance from Marquês do Pombal or Saldanha.

Very nice room, good personal, ideal location near metro with good connection to historical centre.
Technical noise it the room in fifth floor, but administrator solved in with changing the room.

The male reception staff member on checkout was clearly not trained—he left me standing for 10 minutes while listening to music and pretending to “work.” When I finally said “excuse me,” he told me to “wait.” That is not acceptable guest service. The women at reception were excellent, but this one experience left a very poor final impression. Checking out is just as important as checking in

A challenge to initialy locate the front door of hotel from the Metro station, but easier after first time.

The room was above a noisy street bar. The hotel had no discretion in who they let in. When I complained to the fron desk they screamed "I was crazy." The hotels is situated at the foot of a very sketchy street

the room actually quite okay, in term of space and location. many restaurants around although not so central.
a little bit old. I don't know why, but I felt a little bit itchy sleeping here. very standard, clean up very late in the evening after asking.
