The staff were friendly.
We had a number of issues with this hotel. It was so hot in the room that it was nearly impossible to sleep. We couldnt get sufficient instruction regarding setting the code for the safe in spite of asking several times. The breakfast was not terrific. The bar was closed at happy hour.
Also, we hadnt realized that the location was so far from the main tourist area. That was our fault for not doing our research.

Badly trained staff. Partly very unfriendly. 2 out of 2 days without hot water. No compensation offered. Bathroom and room shabby and dirty. Poor breakfast. 150 EUR/night - totally overpriced!

The place of the hotel is great.
Helpful staff
TV in the room very small, antique and far from the bed.
Telephone of the room not working at all. Had to step down into the reception to place a request.
Breakfast not included in the room price. Expensive. 15 eur per person.
