Bell men were so nice, breakfast selection was good
Difficulty in booking a room for 3 people. They told me the hotel had no rooms to accomodate 3 people (even the junior suites) when obviously it can using the sofa bed. I had to get 3 rooms because of this and it was not neccessary. I called the booking number and the hotel itself trying to book this and both kept telling me the room is only for 2

We loved the hotel ! The staff were great, the location was the best! close to everything, yet super quiet and safe to hang around at night with great vibes and a metro station just across the street. The night we were checked in Portugal won the Uefa Nations League and everyone around were celebrating, there were a hugh commotion in the streets and lots of cars were beeping, yet in the room we heard nothing. The shower was great and the room was really clean and well maintained. Definitely going back there in our next lisbon stay.

Very clean hotel, truly wonderful staff. From the doormen, to the reception staff to the barmen, everyone was just wonderful. They made the experience great!
The rooftop bar closes at 8pm (though they let you stay a little after that), which seems a pity as the DJ is great and so are the cocktails. We would have loved it to stay open later.

Location is perfect
AC in the room didn’t work properly, only in a leaving room was good AC. The renovation was a bit outdated, the chairs were scratched and the wallpaper in the corners also.

Everything. Very serene. I didn’t experience the restaurant or have breakfast whilst staying but the food on the roof terrace was amazing. Kind, attentive and lovely staff.
Very odd shaped suite. Under-whelming for the price. Decor could do with being a bit more uplifting.
