The staff at this hotel were so awesome and gave us great bar, Club & sunset recommendations perfect for us. We loved staying at this end of Lisbon as its much less touristy than the river end. Its easy to walk everywhere and if you do the hop on hop off its only a short walk to the start - personally would do a walking tour not the bus

Location was good, quiet at night and around some good shops, an easy walk down the hill to the Bairro Alto and surrounding areas for great restaurants. Staff were courteous and efficient
Room for that price was a little small but nicely done. Swimming pool not large

Great location and made it easy to walk to many destinations. The included breakfast was just right. Not over the top but good food. The bar in the lobby was comfortable. Staff was friendly
We asked multiple times to get wash cloths but they were never provided. Drinks seemed a bit on the pricey side but we good. There was some club music playing until late at night which made it difficult to sleep.

Really clean properly and the room was lovely. We got upgraded which was amazing.
We were told we had breakfast included but we didnt and they told me theyd received my payment when they hadnt. Very minor things but inconvenient when we had to sort them out. Everything is quite laid back and without urgency (even if theres a problem) so when youre on a tight schedule this may be slightly frustrating.

Perfectly clean, lovely rooftop pool and bar. Location was superb also, very close to everything. Special word of commendation for Victor in the bar. A very attentive, pleasant gentleman.

The hotel is located on the luxury liberty avenue, is right in front of the blue metro line and easy to walk to nice spots in Lisbon. The staff was courteous and the ambiance is very stylish - what one can expect for a hotel of this category.
For a 5-star hotel, in comparison to other European capitals, I would expect more details in the room i.e. bathrobes, fresh fruits, free bottles of water and more amenities in the bathroom. Details but they do matter for the category.
My room had a small window and a limited view to roofs.
The rooftop terrace closes early and the bar doesnt open during the day.
