Do not waste your time looking for another hotel, even if it costs more. The location is perfect, but what truly makes this hotel special is the people. The reception team and the bar staff are simply outstanding. Whatever you need, they are there for you with a smile, professionalism and genuine willingness to help. Check-in was fast and effortless, check-out just as smooth. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. We travel a lot and rarely leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Lisbon.

Eu tenho de dizer que o Hotel está muito bem localizado e com excelentes instalações, porém, o mais importante é quem faz de o cliente ter a melhor experiência e essa passa por todo o staff sem excepção. Desde a senhora da limpeza, passando pelos barman’s e recepcionistas, todos sempre com um sorriso e bem dispostos. Isto sim, faz toda a diferença! Sou cliente de várias vezes frequentar este hotel mas desta última vez só veio ainda acrescentar a boa impressão que já tinha. Tudo muito bom e é a minha segunda casa em Lisboa.

Fantastic location and hotel! Aesthetically pleasing. Wide pedestrian are with lots of shade from trees, nice boutiques, nice cafes, yet not overcrowded. Pleasant walking distance from main touristic points - the port and the typical Lisbon hills. A boulevard for taxi convenience. Metro. Yet no noise, because of the trees. The hotel team is very helpful and cheerful. Highly recommend.

Very good and helpful staff. So good to see people smiling all the time! What a location? WOW!
The bathroom door should have shut fully. The breakfast was good but not as good as everything else. I would still certainly recommend this hotel.
