Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of hot items as well as fruits, pastries, beverages. Very conveniently located near the Oriente train station. Staff was very accommodating. We booked a room for our return trip.

Proximity to city infrastructure,
Breakfast was awful for such a hotel tinned sausages so not acceptable , had better breakfast at much lower rated hotels

EVERYTHING! GREAT location, friendly & professional staff & clean rooms! THANK YOU for the welcome chocolates/pastries/red port ??
I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. We all need our jobs to support our families. I noticed a few things:
—>hooks by the bathroom door were too high for me to reach (I’m only 4 feet 11 in?)
—>small area of mold/mildew (?) by the bottom front in shower
—>sink faucet was slightly loose
—>toilet flush pressure was not strong…it took 3-4 flushes to clear (no, it wasn’t #2 either ?)

The staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is super convenient to go on cablecars and the Vasco da Gama tower.
