Excellent and very convenient stay at the aeroport, just a couple of minutes easy walk to the terminal and metro station. Amazing breakfast, great attentive staff, very nice room, very quiet and clean.

Close to the airport
Terrible value. It was incredibly expensive for what you got. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. Food was mediocre and expensive. Breakfast wasn't bad.

The hotel is minutes from the airport and offers shuttle service to and from the airport . The restaurant has a varied menu and I had a wonderful dinner - gluten free ! If you have time take advantage of basement pool and spa - great refresher from a long travel day .

The hotel facilities are exceptional. The indoor swimming pool/sauna/steam areas are probably the best we’ve come across during our travels (we notified the staff about a small section of the steam room ceiling having detached). The snack bar provides lovely meals. The restaurant is a bit overpriced.
We were really excited for breakfast as we’d seen several reviews using adjectives such as “excellent, phenomenal, and fabulous”. We were disappointed, however, as it was no different to any of the other breakfasts we’d had at other European hotels. The main failure was the fake bacon substitute provided.

Dinner was delicious.
Breakfast service excellent.
Staff at dinner and breakfast were very good, professional and amiable.
Unfortunately our view of the Petrol Station - Room 607 on our last night in Portugal after 6 months was disappointing, the airport would have been nicer to see.
Room needs another single chair for 2nd person and small table if one wanted to sit in front of the window for aperitif (but good it opened) Desk doesn't move.
Location of Power Points don't suit the jug to boil water or coffee.

Nice restaurant & bar. Very clean hotel. Staff were helpful, especially the young woman who worked April 27,as she kindly helped me get my online boarding passes printed. She went over & beyond to help. She also recommended a nice area of the city for me to walk around & find many restaurant options. I wish I recalled her name. Thank you! Obrigado!

Old rooms, bathrooms mold, hears from previous guests. Cleaning lady knocked at 09.00, but it was my check out date. Strange service approach.
Breakfast: only salad leaves and tomatoes from vegetable table. No fish, no cucumbers, no olives….
Fruit table is reach. A lot of baking pastries
