Our Junior suite was expansive! We had wanted a space to gather with family in other rooms, but could easily have done that in a deluxe double room. The rooms were very well appointed with robes, slippers, toiletries of all types (nice touch with the dental kit) and the decor is more subtle that shows up on the booking.com photos. We also got a nice bottle of wine in our room on the first night. The staff at the front desk was VERY helpful and friendly. The breakfast is top-notch, good for all dietary types, and well worth the price. As an added extra, there is a small museum on site with a bit of mosaic and archaeological finds in the lobby.
Basically...no we have nothing to complain about! When pushed, my husband said he experienced some slight street noise late at night, but nothing that would keep you from sleeping. Also, he would like to have had smaller washcloths. Like I said, when pushed there was nothing to complain of.

Perfect gateway location. Had a short layover in LIS. The convenience to the airport is the best. There is a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. The food and bar options were good for the one night.

Great beds, very nice bathrooms, beautiful spa, walk to airport, cookie at check in, port on the nightstand! All with smiling staff. Oh and great breakfast offerings!

Nothing to complain. We stayed here already three times when we had long overlay and we are super happy every time. Rooms are clean, spacious, super comfortable beds and great breakfast. Everything you need when staying there in between flights.

Could walk across the street to the airport- perfect location for an early morning flight. The room was very quiet, and you did not hear the sounds of planes or traffic!
The food at the restaurant was sub-par, & the waiter unfriendly.
