Location close to Airport and Train Stations
One of the key features of this hotel is the Sky Bar with great views and atmosphere. Sadly, without any pre warning or apology the sky bar was closed for a private function from 17h00 till 23h30. Poor showing Tivoli and sad to see that you put short term gains ahead of building enduring client satisfaction.

- very small and dark room
- poor sound proofing, curiously not from outside since it’s so close to the train station thanks to really thick windows but from inside the hotel from the adjacent bedrooms

The rooms are nicely designed and very cosy. However, they’re not soundproof so you can hear other guests and the boiler. They don’t provide slippers or robes. The breakfast was great and the staff were lovely!

Location is perfect. Just next to the Oriente station, Vasco da Gama mall and area is newly developed with many calm places to walk and run. Top rated Breakfast.

The property was well situated across the street from Orient Station and near a great walking area. I had stayed at that hotel with work. About 4 years ago. The welcome I received was amazing. The young lady that checked me in remembered my name and gave a very special welcome. It was greatly appreciated.

Amazing and super friendly staff.
Swimming pool could be better maintained and some small issues with the room. Nothing worth raising or requesting a room move.
