Centrally located adjacent train/bus stations. Diagonally across from Centro Vasco de Gama shopping centre. Excellent breakfast.
Showers take too long to heat, the small lamp that pulls out from bedhead did not work.

Beautiful hotel, well located right at Orientes and close to the main attractions at Parque das Nações. Very large family rooms, good amenities, nice breakfast and very friendly staff.
The views from the room were beautiful but the outside glasses were very dirty. While breakfast had a good variety and selections, the coffee/coffee machine were subpar.

My wife and i stayed there on the 28th thus year and it was one if the best experien in lisbon as we are from portugal. It was differenct class of servjce we ever recieved. We got brought up to the room a complimentary bottle of champagne from the GM. Definetly will maje thjs an annivesary place every year as thats what my wife wishes and we all know happy wife happy life lol

The room was well decorated and in good condition. It had a very good hair dryer instead of one of those built-in ones with no power.
The restaurant did not open until 8:00pm. I ate there and had a good meal but I did not want to get to bed so late when I had a morning airplane flight.

This hotel is amazing in a very good location. The room was spotless with a very good decoration and with a great view towards the river and main street.
The staff from reception is very kind, very helpful I'd say very professional.
The breakfast was delicious and I'd say very impressive with so much variety and quality food,TOP,TOP. The staff helping the breakfast extremally friendly and helpful. This's a 4 start hotel but I'd give them a 5 star. I Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Disappointing
Location next to the conference center.
So dark and dingy. Dark curtains, small windows, and lowered ceiling around the window make it so claustrophobic.
