The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly. The rooftop bar is nice but if you want some traditional Portuguese food make your way tjbtbe Lounge and you won't be disappointed, we were served by Fabio, who for a trainee provided excellent service l.

The location is great and the breakfast was delicious. The chef makes a mighty great eggwhite omelette and is really thorough with dietary restrictions. She really made my stay.
Our room had a very loud noise coming through the aircon and started leaking so badly the last day, I had to use all the towels to contain it from flooding the room. The drain in the shower was also clogged and didn't drain at all. The staff were pretty proactive and said they would send maintenance when we left and very apologetic.

Hotel was clean, lovely accommodating staff, location, fully stocked with the essentials, and has a lot of extras such as the pool, hot tub, and saunas were a great addition. We had a great stay.

Rooms were clean and very good location.
Swimming pool temperature was cold, jacuzzi, steam and hamam was out of order during it stay.

Breakfast was not overwhelming but plentiful - had big breakfast style hot food, cold cuts, bread, juices and dessert
Lifts were small and slow - had to wait a while for the lifts esp with luggage

Location next to bus terminal, metro and shopping mall and river side.
Staff were polite and helpful.
Strong odour in corridors making uncomfortable walk from room to ground floor.
Reception area congested and small for huge hotel guests.
Small crowded lifts.
