We stayed at the Tivoli Hotel in Lisbon with our family and overall had a good experience.
The facilities are very nice—modern, clean, and well located. The staff was generally friendly and helpful.
However, we did have an uncomfortable situation that’s worth mentioning: we had connecting rooms, and one of them never had working air conditioning. Then, around 1:00 a.m., both rooms suddenly lost power completely—no lights, no air conditioning, nothing. For over two hours the issue wasn’t resolved, and hotel staff were coming in and out of the rooms trying to fix it while we were already in pajamas, which was especially uncomfortable for my wife and the children.
Eventually it was fixed, but the hotel didn’t offer any form of apology or compensation for the disruption.
Despite this, we acknowledge that the hotel has great potential and offers good quality overall, but situations like this should be handled with more consideration for the guests.

I returned to this property for a fourth or fifth time. Main reason is location, since it is just next to the rail station and easy to reach the airport. It is a fairly decent offer, modern facilities and an easy to stay place. For sure will consider it in a future visit.
This time, my room had a very small toilet, although with a very nice and strong shower - something I appreciate. But it took ages to have hot water, so a lot of waste. I didn't like the fact that this room, had no desk or even a nice place to place my stuff. I don't remember complaining about this before, so maybe it was just the room. And my view - to the railway station - not to recommend, unless you love trains.

The hotel is a good budget option. The Sky Bar is a definite selling point and one of the best dining experiences in Lisbon. Its five minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel staff is kind and helpful.
The hotel is outdated and we noticed a few items were being held together by tape. Our toilet made a loud shrieking sound when flushed and a button in the shower fell off.

The decor is very good; it’s stylish.
The air conditioning doesn’t work; I asked to be moved room because of it and they moved me to a larger room, but the temperature in both rooms was similar to outside. The hotel is still undergoing renovations and so there are odd smells of paint. The pool area is disappointing- the jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool.

Nice decor in the rooms
I could hear EVERYTHING from the room next to us....
Very rude and not helpful staff.
The Health Center is sufferable at most.
Paid the garage but was closed and not opening either with card or ringing.
