Excellwnt location not far from the airport and opposite the Vasco Da Gama ahopping complex. Well connectwd by metro and buses.

Highly recommend this hotel, facilities were gorgeous, food amazing. The only issue is language barrier as some of the staff were not able to communicate in English

The staff in a hotel was very helpful, kind and friendly. We felt welcomed and appreciated. The breakfast was excellent.
Facilities could be better for this kind of a hotel. The steam room didn’t work.

Great location close to Oriente station metro and overground trains and shopping mall and riverside walks.
Breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of variety. Machine coffee not great, however they will make real coffee to order if you ask.
Lightning in the room wasn’t great.

The room and location was brilliant and a great room for the sky bar! The breakfast was exceptional with a great view!
The bed glass in the shower could of been longer to stop the overspill of water.

This hotel was a great and unbelievable surprise.
I was there for my birthday, to spend some time in Lisbon and they gave me a surprise: a champagne bottle and a cake in the room.
And I did not tell then that was my birthday.
The staff is perfect, as the restaurants, during dinner, breakfast or for a snack.
The hotel also have a very nice rooftop, with many and good options to drink while you look to the city form the top.
The location is amazing. Very close to many good restaurant options, the main Bus and Train station in Lisbon(Oriente) and a shopping mall just crossing the street.
I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Lisbon.

The 3 only things I didn't like:
1 - The bed's mattress
2 - The pillows
3 - There was not an extra energy plug in the bathroom.
About the mattress and the pillows, both were not excellent.
Maybe for my body they were not so good, but for someone else maybe it can fits.
But it did not compromised the experience at all.
