We loved everything! Big rooms, very clean, AC and Heat work perfectly. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is the best out of three hotels we stayed during this trip; large variety of food, omelette station, tons of options, and a beautiful restaurant with lots of staff members always cleaning up. The location is perfect, walking distance to the metro/train station and a mall. 10/10
I liked everything. I think I might have needed an extra blanket but I did not ask for one.

Very well located and modern and clean
The lobby reception was under construction so it was small and at times very chaotic with too many people and not enough space (poor employees)

The location was great- close to bars, restaurants, the aquarium and other kid friendly activities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Did not know the lobby was under construction- check-in was a little confusing and rough. The room was smaller than expected; we only stayed one night but for a family of 3 it would have been tight for much longer.

Convenient for the station and the breakfast was excellent
The renovation works affected me greatly. The first room was disrupted by constant drilling, hammering and other noises next door which I was informed would continue until 6.30pm. I asked to be moved. The new room was a better quality but still suffered from construction noises. No prior warning had been given of this disruption so I feel I was not fairly treated. I certainly should not have been given a room adjacent to one being renovated.

Clean, modern furniture, on the newer side. Perfect for a layover, close to metro/bus/train which we took to explore Lisbon city for a few hours.
Proximity to airport made it easy to catch our 7am flight. Appreciated the coffee, juice and croissant left in lobby when we checked out at 4am.
The walls were on the thin side. We could hear next door neighbors clearly in bathroom. There were no usb ports to charge devices. Not even the alarm clock had an outlet. I was in a room with two beds, one of them was extremely soft, my friend sunk into it.

The room was beautiful and very clean. Fabulous breakfast, lots of portuguese cheeses and pastries. Great shower lots of hot water. Good coffee. Location near airport.
Couldn't find the front door and reception area. Signage was not visible.
