The breakfast buffet was excellent. We had dinner at the Sky Bar and that venue was also excellent.
The parking garage was very difficult to manage in terms of parking our car and driving around very tight turns on the ramps. The view from the room was ok but the windows were strange in that they were small and compact.

Great location near Oriente station, mall, and waterfront.
Room was small, overpriced, and the bathroom was constantly wet/not ventilated. For instance, we hung a few baby clothes to dry that stayed wet for 3 days.

Great location next to the metro station which takes one to the airport and also very close to a large shopping centre and a beach promenade which has a variety of international restaurants. A very safe and convenient location, close to the airport but no planes ever heard. The Tivoli hotel staff are also very helpful and cooperative. A really lovely well managed hotel all round.
The tour to Sintra was a disappointment. Cost 87 Euros and we were packed onto a bus of about 30 people. Depending on seasons one sees more or less places as advertised. The actual trip of Sintra castle had us waiting in a long queue for 30 minutes just to get into the castle, which was very overcrowded. We also had to spend 3 hours in Sintra town before going to the castle which was way too long. The advert said it was a guided tour. The guiding was minimal. I would have preferred to pay more and have a better curated one on one tour.
