location wise was just right, walking distance yo shopping centre, train station buss station, restaurants and other city attractions. decoration, stuff, food
the mattress was way too hard, difficult to sleep on it, for an upgraded room, bed mattress should be comfortable enough and soft enough.

The property was in a great location for what we needed. Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of choice too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Really nice stay. The staff were very helpful and always smiling from reception to room attendance/cleaning. Indoor pool / jacuzzi and steam bath were very clean, and the water temperature was perfect. And the location is perfect. It is a 2mns walk to theTrain/bus station and shopping centre. Definitely would stay again.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay if you are catching the train from Lisbon Orient. Very comfortable beds. Great staff. Lovely breakfast.

The staff and location
Rooms were to small old fashion , noisy and the shower water temperature kept fluctuating. The bed the worst quality . We had a terrible experience

Location right next to the train station was terrific and had easy access to mall/supermarket. The Sky View restaurant at the top was a very welcome surprise. Excellent venue with great vibe and lovely food. Rooms also spacious and well appointed.
Breakfast was ok but that is generally a low mark in Portuguese four star hotels.
