Wonderful stay! The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Lisbon. The accommodation was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and I was even able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Pool and jacuzzi not working. Its always horrible when you are told that jacuzzi is available in a hotel then its not working.

Convenient from train station and to airport with some nice views of the river and bridge.
They offered choice of room for a fee but never confirmed. Told me I was getting an upgraded room at check in but it was not . It was next to the elevator with noise all night and not a good view as I tried to choose originally. It was disappointing.

Convenient location, quiet. Close to the Oceanarium and Oriente Station. Kind of far from the center of Lisbon but I wasn’t looking for that. The breakfast buffet was excellent—best omelette I’ve ever had!
The water in the bathroom (shower/faucet) was VERY VERY hot. Easy to get scalded with a monor change in handle

Upon checking out of my room this morning the front desk attendant was very rude . Before asking me he assumed that we had ordered a shuttle . As I explained to him that we had previously arranged for my entire family shuttle service he seemed upset and was rude .
