Beds super comfortable, robes and very comfortable slippers provided.
We were celebrating a birthday and found a bottle of champagne, cake with candle and a beautiful handwritten note in our room when we got back.
It was a lovely gesture.

The style of the room. The gym. The breakfast.
The last few hours of our stay, we went to the sky bar. It was a Sunday afternoon. There was about 6 staff and about 15 -20 guests . It took them 45 minutes to bring our drinks . It wasn’t busy at all and unfortunately it tainted our overall experience . We were having a 10/10 until this . This was the higher class experience but really fell short of expectations.

The breakfast service is fantastic. The cook Mrs. Margarida is always very accommodating and makes the best eggwhite omelettes. The best I have ever had. I would almost just stay there for her breakfast.
Th location is superb. Close to shops, the airport and train station.
The beds are so comfy. We chose Tivoli oriente every single time we come to Lisbon.

In the middle of town centre and close to venue we attended. Very nice staff
Room wasn't cleaned properly during our stay, we had to ask to provide toilet paper, really minor things but would expect better for the money we paid

Great location
Room requests agreed in advance did not happen when we arrived. Lifts incredibly busy so difficult to move around hotel. Tried to charge for mini bar use when it was not used. Hotel very noisy at times.
