Everything about this property was simply amazing. A special shout-out to the staff who assisted us during check-in and check-out — Francisca and Alexandra — two incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind professionals. Thank you so much!
This holiday was especially meaningful as it was a family reunion. I hadn’t seen my parents in four years, and we decided to meet in Lisbon. As if that weren’t special enough, the trip also coincided with my parents’ 48th wedding anniversary, making it even more memorable.
For this reason, I cannot fail to mention someone truly exceptional who helped organize two unforgettable surprises for all of us. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with champagne and chocolates, and on my parents’ anniversary day, there was a cake, champagne, and an extra thoughtful gesture that went above and beyond anything we expected. It left my parents deeply emotional.

Last but certainly not least, a heartfelt thank you to the entire breakfast and housekeeping teams. It was always a pleasure to return after a long day of sightseeing and find the room perfectly organized, spotless, and beautifully fresh.

Pool and location are excellent. The design of the hotel is very modern. It is also not very expensive like other hotels of the same category.
There is not much to dislike. Nearly everything was great. I think the staff were great but they could have been more kid friendly. I think it is not due to staff.
