Enjoyed the architecture and decor;
Clean and everything was in working order.
Perhaps the holders of shower products could be stronger. Gently Pressing on the shampoo dispenser, for example, caused the holder to detach from the wall!

Black stuff in the edges of the bathroom, was told @ the reception they had a skybar... but they forgot to mention it was reserved for a private function this day... jacuzzi was broke, and the pool was cold and needed an upgrade tbh, the steamroom was not working either...

This hotel is excellent, close to a good shopping mall that will meet all your needs - great and cheap restaurants - good cleanliness and air conditioning and friendly staff and close to the bus station - an aquarium center and cable car in close distance

Service was fast when I need support with crew with my issue in the room with change and upgrade room immediately
Need cleaning to be more carefully and Guest Service Office need more service and really enhance with Punctuality no sign for staff time and no support when I ask for service no feedback received.

Location was great for our short 1 night stay before we flew out of Lisbon. When we trained from Porto the hotel is just across from the train station which was super convenient.
Could not get the shower water to a good temp. It was either freezing or actually scalding water.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tivoli Oriente. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh. The location is excellent, right next to Oriente Station and Vasco da Gama shopping centre, making it very convenient to get around Lisbon. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a great stay. We would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.
Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out.

Great location. Excellent top for bar/restaurant with lovely view of the Tagus River. Comfortable bed. Parking under the hotel. Best hotel we have stayed in in the Oriente area so far.
Parking garage was not evident. We had to go to reception to ask for details. Also red light green light function in entry/exit were not understood.
