Location next to the conference center.
So dark and dingy. Dark curtains, small windows, and lowered ceiling around the window make it so claustrophobic.

The location was great as the distance to the convention center is short. The view was great as well. The sky bar is also worth visiting.

Location was convenient to the airport, staff was very helpful and friendly. Elevator from parking garage went straight up to room floors. Crib was provided as requested.
The room was very outdated and old. We were placed directly next to the elevator. Peeling wallpaper, old furnishings, window difficult to operate. Very small room. Parking was 15 Euro for the night in the TIGHTEST parking garage I have ever driven in. I expected a lot more for the price. This was the most expensive stay we had in Portugal for the worst room (booked the Deluxe Double Room with Extra Bed and View (2 Adults + 1 Child)). No fridge in the room besides the stocked mini-bar. Bedding for the crib was old.

We arrived late, 9:30 by train. Super convenient to walk to from the train platform. This was the reason we chose to stay at the Tivoli. Night staff upgraded us to a suite. Very much appreciated the extra space as we repacked everything for our flight the next morning and the extra room made it easier. The room was quite and comfortable. Good black out curtains although they never worked with the switch on the wall.
We werent told we needed to use our room key to activate the elevator. Could understand why the elevator wouldnt respond. Another guest helped us. Only one elevator seemed to work at all. We waited and waited for it an elevator and finally used the stairs to access our paid for breakfast. The room didnt come with breakfast included. We did buy the breakfast brunch which was very nice and had all kinds of options. The bed side table was not clean. Sticky residue like a juice had spilled and not been cleaned up. But when we discovered that and stain on the floor we were already exhausted and went to bed. It did make us wonder what else wasnt clean. Alerting the front desk personal in the morning to this needing attention there was NO apology and my husband was told to contact a phone number on a card they gave him. We were suppose to report the stain and table top mess. We ddint...it might still be there. Oh well.

We stay here regularly before flying out of Lisbon. The location close to the train, bus and metro are a big reason, but the hotel is lovely and never disappoints.

In a central and lively location, yet quiet. Convenient transportation to the airport and downtown. The room was spacious and had everything a guest could need. A generous breakfast and very friendly staff. I’d happily stay here again. Thank you!
It would be nice if hotel guests were given priority when visiting the sky bar and taking advantage of the other amenities offered by the hotel.

The breakfast was an unexpectedly great value. The room was lovely and had just about everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The spa was very nice. My payment method was accepted - sometimes an issue in Europe. Washcloths! Amazing location and good value in the end.
What WiFi? The sofa bed was made up with no blanket. I froze as I could not use the AC. It’s 2026 - I had to reach behind furniture to unplug appliances in order to charge my devices. Three people on the reservation, two washcloths in the room.
