We really enjoyed our stay at Tivoli Oriente. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh. The location is excellent, right next to Oriente Station and Vasco da Gama shopping centre, making it very convenient to get around Lisbon. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a great stay. We would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.
Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out.

Great location. Excellent top for bar/restaurant with lovely view of the Tagus River. Comfortable bed. Parking under the hotel. Best hotel we have stayed in in the Oriente area so far.
Parking garage was not evident. We had to go to reception to ask for details. Also red light green light function in entry/exit were not understood.

Staff was welcoming and friendly even at 12am when we arrived from airport. We only spent a short night here but the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. Peeked at breakfast and it looked nice as well.
Location is a ways out from main parts of Lisbon but it was convenient to the airport. The price was alos reflective of location, a good value for the amenities of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the beautiful view made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Would have liked fresh yogurt. Needs a little thought on improvement. We went to Guilty (restaurant -at hotel) and were told we needed a reservation. The front desk should suggest this at check in. Luckily we could sit at the bar without reservations.

Close to the train station and not too far from the airport. We stayed 1 night with 3 people and the room was ok. The meal at the restaurant was very good.
Entire hotel smelled of sewer. The hotel seemed worn and not worth the higher cost.
