In the middle of town centre and close to venue we attended. Very nice staff
Room wasn't cleaned properly during our stay, we had to ask to provide toilet paper, really minor things but would expect better for the money we paid

Great location
Room requests agreed in advance did not happen when we arrived. Lifts incredibly busy so difficult to move around hotel. Tried to charge for mini bar use when it was not used. Hotel very noisy at times.

loud corridors at night, woke me up both nights i stayed. my daughter was competing early in the morning and people standing outside the rooms talking for ages. we also had to wait ages for our room

Conveniently close to the airport. There is a train station at the back of the building so you need to keep your window closed if your room is facing to the back. We asked for a room change to the front and the staff immediately granted our request.

Location was perfect. I was passing through from Porto arriving by bus and going to the airport next morning. It was convenient for both - short taxi ride to the airport. The gym was well equipped and outside space around and near the pool is a nice option.

Staff was welcoming and friendly even at 12am when we arrived from airport. We only spent a short night here but the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. Peeked at breakfast and it looked nice as well.
Location is a ways out from main parts of Lisbon but it was convenient to the airport. The price was alos reflective of location, a good value for the amenities of the hotel.

Close to airport and train station as departed for Porto next day. Excellent service and lovely acknowledgements for milestone birthdays greatly appreciated. Nice roof top bar with cocktails good for late night arrivals.
