The staff are friendly and the rooms were clean, We were put in a smoking room which but they moved us immediately after I called the front desk. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pricey but delicious! Rooftop bar/restaurant was wonderful!
Just that the initial smoking room. It really smelled!

Well reputed hotel and the room was quite and cozy
Indoor swimming pool was very cold..this was one of the attraction my little one was looking forward. But was disappointed.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Super quiet room - no noise from outside or contingent rooms. Great location - vibrant area and 2 minutes from major transport network.
Indoor pool was too cold - not enjoyable. Breakfast was below average - not worth the money. Mattress was a bit unconfortable, could feel the springs.

Free upgrade to junior suite allowed 3 adults to have comfortable stay. Large pull out sofa in separate room accommodated 3rd member of family. Great shower.
Difficult to figure out control of lights. . Master switch by side of bed turned out hall and bathroom lights,

The staff at reception were very helpful and couldnt do enough, presenting a lovely representation of Portuguese people. We enjoyed the breakfast, with a wide selection of food and staff were attentive. The location of the hotel was excellent.
The noise of the fan in bathroom was a bit too loud.

the selection of food for breakfast was absolutely amazing. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was amazing for the Altice Arena.
we reported that the switch on the bedside lamp was faulty and dangerous and the base of the iron was burned and left a stain on my clothes, reception said they would get someone to deal with it but it wasn't. There are no changing facilities in the pool area unless you want to change in the toilet. In the bedroom there was no mirror so I couldn't use my hair straightners, but there was a hairdryer in the bathroom in front of the mirror.

Location close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Good size room and confortable bed. Parking at the hotel.
Breakfast is expensive. I recommend having breakfast nearby at the Vasco da Gama shopping for 1/4 of the cost.
