This hotel was a great and unbelievable surprise.
I was there for my birthday, to spend some time in Lisbon and they gave me a surprise: a champagne bottle and a cake in the room.
And I did not tell then that was my birthday.
The staff is perfect, as the restaurants, during dinner, breakfast or for a snack.
The hotel also have a very nice rooftop, with many and good options to drink while you look to the city form the top.
The location is amazing. Very close to many good restaurant options, the main Bus and Train station in Lisbon(Oriente) and a shopping mall just crossing the street.
I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Lisbon.

The 3 only things I didn't like:
1 - The bed's mattress
2 - The pillows
3 - There was not an extra energy plug in the bathroom.
About the mattress and the pillows, both were not excellent.
Maybe for my body they were not so good, but for someone else maybe it can fits.
But it did not compromised the experience at all.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only 10 minutes by metro from the airport. The area around is well worth visiting - a bi product of the expo. Lots of restaurants, walks along river bank & a shopping mall with food outlets to name but a few.
The hotel staff were brilliant & even provided me with birthday cake & bubbly as well as a birthday greeting! The breakfast variety is amazing! Thank you, Tivoli, for a delightful stay.

The room was a good size. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was very good.
The stream room had an awful rotting animal smell. The bathroom ventilation was working.

It is very clean snd the staff very helpful. The location perfect for the one who wants to live next to the sea and the arena and the metro station is next to the hotel too. The bathroom contains water hose which is extra point for this hotel.

Staff is amazing, hotel is very confortable, location is perfect.
The rate of the room was really overpriced just because it was the week of the Web Summit in Lisbon.

Great location near the event and right next to the Oriente station. Quick ride from the airport.
Price gouging based on the event. Facilities were used for private parties making them unavailable to general guests. Adversarial staff likely overworked due to the crowds. Hotel food ranges from mediocre to bad, but there are many options nearby. It's sad that the train station serves a better breakfast.

Convenient location near the train station
Very big hotel with the associated lack of personalized care for customers. The wheels of the beds weren’t locked, so they would move just by turning around in bed. Quite noisy ventilation that couldn’t be controlled from the room and no warm water in the shower at 9:30 am!
