The staff in a hotel was very helpful, kind and friendly. We felt welcomed and appreciated. The breakfast was excellent.
Facilities could be better for this kind of a hotel. The steam room didn’t work.

Location of hotel was perfect for event. All staff so helpful with a special call out to all in the rooftop bar who were so attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Will be back next year for certain.

Room-they had a room to accommodate 3 people, the room was clean and comfortable
The staff were amazing, we had missed outreach flight and had no luggage so they gave us a toothbrush and had a shaving kit, they delivered them to the room, they were professional and had amazing customer service.

Good location for the MEO arena which we needed. Close to.major bus and train stations. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices.

Pool and location are excellent. The design of the hotel is very modern. It is also not very expensive like other hotels of the same category.
There is not much to dislike. Nearly everything was great. I think the staff were great but they could have been more kid friendly. I think it is not due to staff.
