Convenient location near the train station
Very big hotel with the associated lack of personalized care for customers. The wheels of the beds weren’t locked, so they would move just by turning around in bed. Quite noisy ventilation that couldn’t be controlled from the room and no warm water in the shower at 9:30 am!

The location: The hotel is in a quiet area but with immediate access to a train station and one of the stops of the hop on hop off bus that is almost in front of the property which gave me the opportunity to travel two tourist routes. My room have a excellent view to the river

Friendly and helpful staff and porter who make us feel at home. So glad that the hotel allowed us to leave our luggages with them while we travel to Tavira for 2 nights so we don't have to lug them around. Spacious breakfast room with good selection of food for vegetarians too!

I liked the location as it was next to a lot of pubic transport and since I was going for the half marathon I booked it exactly for it's location. The room were lovely and the reception staff were very helpful. Parking on site was amazing!
It was a shame that after such a lovely stay the staff in the rooftop bar were disappointing. We asked to sit outside and were told to wait until the table had been cleared. After 15 minutes this still had not happened so we moved the few cups ourselves and sat down. The staff then told one of our group they had to change chairs as they were closing the balcony door which was fine but then they spent ages opening this door and when we asked for service were abrupt and still failed to serve us. It go to the point were my father got cross and asked the staff if they were going to serve us or should we leave. Once he had done this the service was good but had it not been for the lovely view we would have left (there was 12 of us so that would have been quite a bit of money gone). It was so sad after such a lovely visit otherwise.
