The room was small but very well presented and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar before going out for dinner and also on our return, The staff were amazing and so happy even though it was always busy.
The biggest let down for us, was one of the lift was having maintenance done which meant that on the day of check-out we waited 16min for a lift with all our luggage and when it did arrive we were told we couldn't fit in, but we step inside as we had waited so long. I do feel being a hotel owner ourselves that the emergency stairwell should be turned in to a public area so that there is always an alternative option. after a very lovely stay, this left a bitter taste unfortunately as we left feeling very stressed.

The staff were friendly, however they need to be aware of what their customers hear. When speaking in their native tongue. The location is great and the skybar was show runner.
The rooms need some work. The bathrooms are old and we had an issue with out toilet...which was resolved quickly. The lifts sometimes worked and the breakfast buffet was okay... the guilty restaurant was very overpriced and the food wasn't top notch compared to some restaurants around the hotel which cost half the price...

The room, facilities and breakfast are all excellent. We found it very convenient to connect to the airport.
It's a little difficult to know where to drop off and pick up people as the entrance is on a traffic circle.

Location is right next to Lisbon Oriente train and bus station, a good base if you are going to take train or bus. 8 minutes by car from the airport. And also next to a big mall where you can get almost everything you need. A scroll away from good restaurants by the sea.
