Service was fast when I need support with crew with my issue in the room with change and upgrade room immediately
Need cleaning to be more carefully and Guest Service Office need more service and really enhance with Punctuality no sign for staff time and no support when I ask for service no feedback received.

Location was great for our short 1 night stay before we flew out of Lisbon. When we trained from Porto the hotel is just across from the train station which was super convenient.
Could not get the shower water to a good temp. It was either freezing or actually scalding water.

All the staff were extremely polite, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location is great as just 3 stops from the airport on the metro, and very short walk (2 mins) from the metro station to the hotel doors. Only 15/20 minutes into the city centre. The river views from the Sky Bar, and the cocktails, are great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient next to public transport hub and shopping mall
Gym was very average for such a big hotel, breakfast was average not worth it, aircons were weird and turned on when they felt like it. Had w different rooms and same thing
