The property was well situated across the street from Orient Station and near a great walking area. I had stayed at that hotel with work. About 4 years ago. The welcome I received was amazing. The young lady that checked me in remembered my name and gave a very special welcome. It was greatly appreciated.

Amazing and super friendly staff.
Swimming pool could be better maintained and some small issues with the room. Nothing worth raising or requesting a room move.

We booked the hotel for convenience as we had a very early morning flight. It was located well for the Oceanarium which we took our kids to see. They kindly gave us connecting rooms which was convenient. The rooms were spacious and modern. We ate at the Sky Bar which was nice.
As we had an early flight we went to bed early but were woken by a child screaming so didn't have the best night's sleep. We also requested a van to transport us from the hotel at 4am and were told that a note would be left for the staff (24hr reception) but to call before we headed down. We did so and unfortunately no van could be booked so we ended up in two different cars which took ages to arrive and cost us 30 euro but when we got in the Uber one of the fares said 6.35 euro - so quite expensive. Probably best for guests to order their own transportation.

The location close to the MEO Arena & the Vasco Da Gama shopping centre
Our bedrrom for 3 was a double-room with an additional bed, a bit small for 3! Luckily on the last night, we we're moved into a larger room. This was handled professionally
