Location is super and view to waterfront
1. Facility can be upgraded. Overall good but could be better, the suite did not have mirror except inside the bathroom. Facility of bathtub is good but not as modern as new hotels. 2. My trip was a family vacation, smart tv did not support streaming on Netflix neither broadcasting from device which is bad. This is important for a lot of families when spending vacation, it is strange such hotel is not able to accommodate that. 3. Breakfast at restaurant is awesome but I have few comments (provided I don’t eat pork/ham). They need to add more main options, I stayed for 3 days and I only saw hash brown/saute veges besides the usual egg/pancake station, they could be more creative and put more effort, others hotels show much wider and better selection of items. Nevertheless , I was happy with quality and staff service (awesome). Pastry/desserts section was good

Staff were really helpful with everything we needed. Nothing seemed difficult and there were issues.
The menus at the sky bar/restaurant are extremely large and seem outdated. (They need to be replaced immediately as they give the place a cheap feel) And honestly the type is often seen in the places with bad food and service . What is not the case here.

The best location only few steps from Oriente Train Station and the largest shopping mall. Hotel is new, we loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend if anyone choose to stay outside town center but still easy accessible to all attractions by public transportation. Room was very comfortable with big windows that faced the Sea to watch the beautiful Sunrise. We also loved the hospitality from staffs here. We will stay here again for sure for my next visit to Lisbon

Central location. Next to Lisboa Oriente so train travel very convenient. Since it is close to airport, the taxis is only a short 20 minutes ride, even in a Lisbon traffic jam. Some very good restaurant establishment within a 10 minutes ride walk. Liked the idea of hotel entrance located off the main busy main road.
