Very Good
Breakfast was excellent. Great variety and very clean. Restaurant for dinner was very good. Food was great and service was excellent. Staff was perfect and very helpful.

It is very clean snd the staff very helpful. The location perfect for the one who wants to live next to the sea and the arena and the metro station is next to the hotel too. The bathroom contains water hose which is extra point for this hotel.

The rate of the room was really overpriced just because it was the week of the Web Summit in Lisbon.

Great location near the event and right next to the Oriente station. Quick ride from the airport.
Price gouging based on the event. Facilities were used for private parties making them unavailable to general guests. Adversarial staff likely overworked due to the crowds. Hotel food ranges from mediocre to bad, but there are many options nearby. It's sad that the train station serves a better breakfast.

The location: The hotel is in a quiet area but with immediate access to a train station and one of the stops of the hop on hop off bus that is almost in front of the property which gave me the opportunity to travel two tourist routes. My room have a excellent view to the river

Great location near Oriente station, mall, and waterfront.
Room was small, overpriced, and the bathroom was constantly wet/not ventilated. For instance, we hung a few baby clothes to dry that stayed wet for 3 days.

The Tivoli Oriente is always the best choice for connecting between Lisbon airport and the Oriente train station; not to mention the Vasco de Gama shopping center right beside it. Staff are great, room was very cosy and quiet and breakfast was very tastey. This is my 3rd time there so always my first choice in this part of Lisbon

Location of hotel was perfect for event. All staff so helpful with a special call out to all in the rooftop bar who were so attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Will be back next year for certain.

The hotel’s standout feature is its friendly staff, who made my stay pleasant and welcoming, along with a prime location that’s easy to access and close to attractions
However, the rooms feel a bit dated and the overall cleanliness was just average. Additionally, I was disappointed that I couldn’t open the window for fresh air—when opened, it only faced another glass wall, which made the room feel less comfortable.

The service at the sky bar was below normal. Our wait staff never returned to our table after taking our order. We had to chase other staff to get our check.
