Great location. Next to the train and bus station. Also, across the street from the mall and food court and the concert arena as well.

Good location. Large breakfast with many options. Quiet room.
There was a very strong smoke smell in the bathroom which seemed to come from the ventilation. If the door to the bathroom was closed, the smell could be contained but if it was open, the entire room would smell. We are nonsmokers so this was very dissatisfying to us.

Perfect location! In walking distance to restaurants and shops. Amazing views from the roof top. Tiago was amazing and very responsive to anything we needed. Would highly recommend!! We rented a car and always found a parking spot right next to the building or at the overflow lot just a street over. We loved Lagos!!

Very disappointing stay, especially considering this is a Tivoli hotel.
We arrived with four suitcases and no one offered to help us with the luggage. At check-in, the receptionist was not welcoming and gave us absolutely no information about the hotel — not even where the elevators were or how the Wi-Fi worked.
The room also had several issues. The towels were old and even had holes in them. Food items from the minibar, including chips, nuts and chocolate, were kept inside the refrigerator. The shower was poorly designed and water leaked all over the bathroom floor.
We specifically booked this hotel because we needed a good night’s rest before a long flight. Around 5 a.m., the hotel fire alarm went off. It turned out to be a false alarm, but after such a stressful wake-up I could not go back to sleep. I mentioned what happened to four different staff members, and not a single one apologized. They simply said it was a false alarm.
Breakfast was another disappointment. There were plenty of staff members around, but service was almost nonexistent. Empty plates and glasses would stay on the table while employees walked around the restaurant. I had to ask for everything, including coffee and for used plates to be removed.
At check-out, once again, no one offered any help with our luggage — not while we were bringing the bags down, walking through the lobby, or even loading them into the car.
I was not expecting a luxury experience, as I know Tivoli Oriente is not positioned as a true luxury hotel. But I did expect a basic level of hospitality and service, and unfortunately even that was missing.

The location! It’s very close to the mall and very easy to get taxis around. Uber is quite cheap in Lisbon so we could uber everywhere.
The toilet had a smell I couldn’t describe. It wasn’t bad but you just can’t ignore it.

The Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel is a convenient choice, especially because of its excellent location near the Oriente train and metro station, making it easy to get around Lisbon or connect to other destinations.
Overall, this is a standard executive hotel, offering the facilities and level of comfort one would normally expect from this category. The rooms and common areas are functional, and the hotel provides the usual amenities for both business and short leisure stays.
A practical, reliable option, with its location and transport connections as its main strengths.
While the hotel benefits from a very convenient location, the facilities themselves were rather modest. The overall finishes, materials, and level of refinement did not fully reflect the price charged. Given the cost of the stay, I expected a higher standard in both the interior quality and the facilities offered.

Enjoyed the architecture and decor;
Clean and everything was in working order.
Perhaps the holders of shower products could be stronger. Gently Pressing on the shampoo dispenser, for example, caused the holder to detach from the wall!
