Comfortable rooms. Large bright lobby with lots of quiet areas to sit and enjoy the light, and a discreet bar area too. The breakfast was generous and interesting. Great that there was a pool and a pool bar so that younger adult members of my family could enjoy that while others went sight-seeing.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean but there could have been more storage space for clothes. Not a lot of space to hang clothes and only three drawers, one of which contained the safe.

I liked the location, the concierges marcus and leonardo are extremely helpful
The price to value ratio does not feel fair. The rooms are nicely decorated but other than that nothing too fancy or special and very bad sound isolation.

Location was great. Had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. Great lunch on the roof. Enjoyed the bar at night. Employees were very kind and helpful.
Lots of wear in our room. Stains on the carpet, chipped baseboards, curtains unhooked at the top. The bath products weren’t great.

Housekeeping staff were inconsistent. Should be the same replacement policy. One day they replace water and next they don’t. One day they replace coffee and next day they don’t. One day they return cups and next day they don’t.
