Wonderful
Beautiful hotel, centrally located with friendly staff and a great restaurant.
It is a reasonably expensive hotel but I guess you get what you pay for and we enjoyed staying here.

Wonderful
Fabulous hotel overall - very clean, comfortable beds, superb choice at breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Pool area was a lovely place to relax after sightseeing.
Only issue was being in a room on 7th floor. Great for views but we could hear noises from the rooftop bar directly above the room. Whilst this didn't stop us from sleeping it was still slightly annoying to hear movement and music from above.

Room, Location and the Staff.
One of the elevator was broken and a bit of noise from workers but it's understandable.

Very Good
Comfortable rooms. Large bright lobby with lots of quiet areas to sit and enjoy the light, and a discreet bar area too. The breakfast was generous and interesting. Great that there was a pool and a pool bar so that younger adult members of my family could enjoy that while others went sight-seeing.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean but there could have been more storage space for clothes. Not a lot of space to hang clothes and only three drawers, one of which contained the safe.

Pleasant
I liked the location, the concierges marcus and leonardo are extremely helpful
The price to value ratio does not feel fair. The rooms are nicely decorated but other than that nothing too fancy or special and very bad sound isolation.
