Nice and cozy. Decent room size, cozy, clean. Very friendly staff. Toilet though is weirdly bigger than the room.
Very steep climb up many stairs and high steep hills. Big problem if you have big heavy luggage and walking.

A friendly, well-managed hostel in a great location and with a wonderful view. I enjoyed the breakfast and the comfortable bed. The personal locker was also very helpful to have. Staff were very welcoming and helpful!
Directions to get there were a little confusing, but I soon learned my way around. It stayed quite noisy until very late. Going through one bedroom to get to another was not convenient. One bathroom stall was missing a lock.

It is a hostel, so don't have high quality expectations. The usual applies - noisy inconsiderate people, thin walls and snoring people etc. :) We had a private room and it was okay-ish for sleeping one night. We didn't use the kitchen, free drinks or the rooftop, but I'm sure it could easily be the main attraction of your stay. The general hostel mood seemed nice.
Not the most private curtains in the bathroom, and there were some men outside the window. The shower was not draining well. Luggage storage is in one locker with everyone else, so if you have something valuable, take it with you. Not all staff is friendly, but for my own peace I'll just consider it as someone having a bad day. We are fit, but the steep stairs nightmare is real and definitely not exaggerated, so be prepared. If you have a suitcase, just take a taxi. You have to be careful even with a backpack, especially when it's raining and slippery.

Starting from the lovely staff working on it till the location and the facilities. Everything was good! The terrace it's also a point! Lovely place to spend some time enjoying the views and atmosphere of the hostel.

Really nice cozy, and clean rooms with lots of privacy, a fantastic garden with all the facilities, and a beautiful historical building. Helpful and friendly personnel :)
There were many school groups staying at the same time, and lots of noisy kids around, which created not really the Packpakers vibe.

Amazing terrace. Good 24 hour door policy/access. Small boutique hostel.
Amazing terrace. Only major critique is that the common room is closed overnight. Not good for anyone looking to do work/laptop things passed 11 pm Lisbon time. The terrace was open, but there are no outlets outside. If you are also doing remote work while travelling, might be a hard sell. It is a smaller hostel, a bigger hostel with more space to spread out may be more suitable for people working and travelling.

Location to central Lisbon was exceptional. Close to train stations to do day trips. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness of bathrooms and showers were very subpar.
