Nice, cozy and spacious apartments with a well equipped kitchen. Location is wonderful and very central right next to the metro station and a few blocks away from Rossio bus station. Loved the decor of the apartment and the privacy of the apartments.
The apartments can be better sound proofed however that is something expected in the middle of a busy square.

Like the staff and location.
The towels not clean. Also the code stopped working after 11pm while our luggage were inside. For people who's keeping their luggage in the hotel, take your stuff prior. We almost missed our flight if no one opened the apartment for us from the guest. As there was not staff.

Great location. Close to metro. Easy walking to shopping and dining options. Clean facilities and courteous helpful staff.
Our room was on the backside of building and other businesses’ service functions on street behind were quite noisy throughout the night (trash pick-up, delivery, etc)

Everything! Property had a perfect layout, beds were comfortable and great water pressure. The living room provided us with a perfect place to talk about our day and have a bite to eat.
Wall as very thin, you hear EVERYTHING. The garbage truck in the back alley, the people walking around in the apartment above us and the people walking up and down the stairs, just to name a few. Made it challenging to get good sleep.

We appreciated its location, its comfort, its ease of use, its cleanliness and its amenities. A very positive experience.
We have no complaints. The street noise was noticeable, but this was expected being as we were in the center of a big city.

I like the location. It was so easy to walk to everything in the area the castle. The Arch. The Convent. Definitely 10/10 for this place. And the price. If you’re looking to stay in Portugal for a week or two and have space for all the stuff you buy like we did. Oh my god. It’s amazing. Kitchen and everything. So great.
I’d say the only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t wash my laundry in the middle of the night cause they close up the door to go there.

I loved our stay. The residences have an authentic Portuguese charm with large windows that open, French doors, and gorgeous wooden floor. While all the modern amenities with a small kitchen and spa like bathrooms. The location was perfect! Close to everything. The staff was AMAZING! So helpful and friendly.
Everything was great. I would have loved to stay longer.
