Friendly, helpful staff, our room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was excellent on a lovely outdoor terrace area. The cocktail bar on the roof was also a lovely ameniety

Nice boutique hotel with a spa that was great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Also a rooftop bar with great views. Some good amenities like complimentary drinks on the mi I frig.
Water in the shower not as hot as I like.

The location was excellent, walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. The rooms are gorgeous, very spacious and the decor is lovely. Lots of great little extras like robes, full tube of toothpaste, G&T drinks cart. Loved the pool and sauna/steam rooms. The best feature is the rooftop bar with spectacular food and the best cocktails in Lisbon. You know it’s good when non-guests go there. We had to force ourselves to try other places. And the breakfast was exceptional. Big thank you to Marcio for helping us during our stay. All the staff were lovely.

Room was large, spacious and nicely designed. The rooftop and spa are excellent. Location is great, nice and quiet with easy access to the centre of town. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Staff and breakfast are exceptional. Pool facility is too small to swim. Only really for dipping after sauna but it does have jacuzzi jets. Nice small gym area and massage facilities but did not try them. SVery good local restaurants literally opposite. Nice rooftop bar area with small bar.
You can hear some traffic noises. Bathroom needs better lighting for make up or shaving. Slightly grimy bathroom but good separate wc and bidet.
Bedroom decor dark but large sunny windows.

The hotel was great. The staff was outstanding. The spa was great, but unable to get a manicure during my stay because no one was available.
Room had no view. It was too small on too low a floor and this not shown when we made the reservation.
