The hotel is situated in a leafy upmarket part of the city, near a large park and also close to the city centre. The Avenida metro station is a short walk away which made it easy to get around. The Vintage Hotel offers high levels of comfort combined with great service from well-trained staff.

Wonderful
Hotel is very beautiful and rooms are very modern, tasteful and everything looks like new. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant is cozy and the stuff is very attentive
The spa can only be booked for 30 min what is not really enough time to go for sauna. We had some discussions on that and I hope the will revisit this rule as it was literally the only negative of our stay

We loved almost everything (see what we didn't like). The service was excellent and when a small error had been made on our gym booking they left a note and cheese platter to say sorry. This kind of service is rare.
The room comes with complimentary gin and beer on arrival, a very welcoming touch.
The facilities are lovely, the rooftop terrace is small but it was great to sit out in the sunshine. They gym is small but functional and the spa area is worth a visit.
Breakfast was a highlight, from the sparkling wine to the nata, we had everything you could want to fuel your day.
The location was great for us, we walked everywhere but on our last day caught the tram back, more for the novelty.
Be prepared for hills if you're a runner!
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special.
The hallway on our leve (5)l had a drain smell which sometimes came into the room. We did mention it on checkout, so this might fixed by the time you stay!

Great location, stylish interiors. Good breakfast and comfortable. Spa was lovely.
Very minor thing, is that our room was a little dark even with lights on.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, with a very wide range of high quality food and drinks, with plenty of staff.
A la carte options were free too.
The cost of the Spa was prohibitive, in my opinion, so I did not use it.

Very nicely renovated hotel with high quality furniture and fittings. Nice clean Spa and Gym facilities.. Staff were very relaxed and super helpful..
We returned to the hotel after dinner on Saturday expecting to have cocktails and nightcaps on the advertised Roof Top bar, the bar was open but the staff were unable to any drinks requiring mixing, ie cocktails.. Disappointing !!
