The central location is perfect to explore around, the staff is very kind and well trained, food quality excellent and the building continues to be in good shape.
I have no complaints, sometimes the waiters get the wrong details when taking orders, but any lack of communication is immediately rewarded with even better attention and quality of service.

Beautiful historic building in a great location. Wonderful staff whom can’t do enough for you. Attention to detail with everything. The pool is fabulous as are the cocktails. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud.
My only critique is that our room service meal was not hot, which was more disappointing due to the high price of it. Would never normally do room service but we were exhausted. So many wonderful restaurants nearby.

The hospitality was amazing and the rooms were super clean.

We had an incredible time at the One Palacio Anunciada. We arrived with two young children and met up with two additional families who also stayed at the hotel. It was luxurious, comfortable, and the service was really amazing. When we weren't exploring Lisbon, we were at the gorgeous pool, lounging on one of the patios, enjoying the spa, or having a drink/meal at one of the amazing restaurants. We were especially impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The room was well appointed and accommodated the four of us cozily. I highly recommend this property and will look to stay with the One group in other cities!
