We had an incredible time at the One Palacio Anunciada. We arrived with two young children and met up with two additional families who also stayed at the hotel. It was luxurious, comfortable, and the service was really amazing. When we weren't exploring Lisbon, we were at the gorgeous pool, lounging on one of the patios, enjoying the spa, or having a drink/meal at one of the amazing restaurants. We were especially impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The room was well appointed and accommodated the four of us cozily. I highly recommend this property and will look to stay with the One group in other cities!

One of the most beautiful and exceptional hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained, with great attention to every detail. The service is outstanding — professional, fast, and always delivered with a smile. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The location is excellent and very convenient, close to many attractions and easy to get around. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the overall service throughout the hotel was top-notch.
Everything about this hotel was simply WOW — from the atmosphere to the service and facilities. An amazing experience that I would happily repeat, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay.

An absolutely lovely hotel. The room was wonderful (thanks for the surprise upgrade). The bed was heavenly. The bar was cozy. The staff was exceptional. We will definitly stay here again.
Breakfast per person is 34€? Ridiculous. Instead we had a lovely breakfast right down the street for a fraction of that cost. BTW if you are driving, this place is a bit hard to find, but its location is great for visiitng Lisbon.

Absolutely perfect hotel. Location is great you walk out to everything! The bed is the most comfortable. Room was spacious. Room service amazing! Best cocktails at the bar. The pool and grounds are lovely

The property was beautiful and loved the pool.
The staff was extremely accommodating.
Love the Vesper Martini in the bar.
My only complaint would be the bar was too quiet. No music was played that I remember. However, was not a big deal.

I don't give out a lot of 10's, but what a great hotel. Staff is outstanding. Champagne on ice when you walk in, super great infinity pool where you can chill while you wait for check in. Beautiful property, wonderful breakfast. Can't ask for a better location. We were responsible for TWO miscues and they were amazing about both. Many thanks for making our anniversary trip memorable. No doubt if we come back to Lisbon we will be staying here again.

Great location, the pool and terrace were beautiful. The hotel also smelled amazing which was a bonus. Little touches like the welcome ginjinha and chocolate tart were very nice.
There were some weird plumbing-related noises (we think, it was an odd whistling/squeaking sound) above our room at night. Also the sink faucets were loose in our bathroom.

My first time in Lisbon and I wanted to book a boutique hotel in a central location and some authentic lisbon charm. This hotel certainly delivered. I liked the internal courtyard, art from thr restored palacio, mix of modern and historic, comfortable beds, perfect location on the best shopping street in Lisbon but still within 10 mins walk to the historic areas, safe and central.

Wonderful hotel in a great location within walking distance to wonderful shops and the terraces. Delicious food, great staff. We stayed here in November and came back again. Love the rooms with a view of the garden.
